設施：地理位置在越秀區中心，距離珠江也很近，但是設施真的太老了，看着最起碼8年了。
衞生：因為設備設施老舊，有損耗，所以衞生條件其實也一般，也可能因為過年，打掃衞生比較敷衍。
服務：打掃衞生需要提前一天跟客服説，然後第二天會安排阿姨上門打掃，阿姨服務態度也不是很好。
需要特別吐槽一下的有2點，一個是廁所的浴室，下水會堵，浴室有積水就會冒出來，太可怕了，第二是有一天廁所堵了，馬桶裏的排泄物沖得滿房間都是，阿姨30分鐘上門，看了一眼説沒帶工具，又回去拿工具，花費半小時，1個小時才回來，通完了以後，換了一個保潔阿姨上門打掃，阿姨20分鐘才來。真的是大崩潰！房間地上的行李箱，鞋子都被馬桶水搞臟了。
還有就是廁所的設計也很不合理，非常小，基本上挪不開腳。

房間就在海珠廣場附近，交通方便，樓下很多吃的是公寓來的，所以整體來説是非常安靜，房間很寬敞，裝修有格調，總體來説是一次滿意的入住。

房間位置很好。離天字碼頭走路5分鐘內。去地鐵站走路10分鐘內。酒店樓下就有早茶，煲仔飯之類特色。去北京路也很方便呢。酒店有一扇窗户可以看到珠江。提供一次性浴巾，洗臉巾等。整體性價比不錯，適合一家人出遊或者朋友一起出遊。樓上辦公室還可以寄存行李到4點。

珠江旁邊兒的小海景房，開窗户就能看到海景，地理位置好，兩房一廳，適合朋友或者家人居住，乾淨整潔，空調很足，熱水也足，空間夠大，整體感受很棒，樓下不遠處有一家特別好吃的性價比還很高的粵菜，很棒。

房間挺新挺乾淨，拿張紙巾擦了桌子沒灰塵，牆壁白白 磚不會老舊，用具也新。洗手間乾淨，有一次性洗臉巾，牙刷軟軟好刷，擺着幾本書很用心。交通便利，離北京路和海珠廣場地鐵站都近，去附近好多個景點都方便，鬧中取靜，性價比高。

酒店比較乾淨衞生，房間也大，在一個小區裏，出門附近有飯店，打車也方便，環境很好，離珠江較近，冷了可以要暖爐

房間佈局很簡單，勉強算實用，洗澡水挺大的。第三天坐在沙發上，有衹蟑螂從肚子上爬過😣當時能看見的有兩三衹，沿着傢俱縫隙噴了殺蟲劑後，爬出來好多衹…………真的真的太噁心了！！！房間裏不能做飯 ，也沒有什麼吃的，不知道這些生物哪裡來的，折騰一晚上，給廣州行劃上了下頭的句號。
