Nice hotel in a location of Guangzhou. You can walk easily to metro station in front of the hotel. Their staff can also speak english.

We have waited 1 hour for checkin. Canton fair shuttle service was a disaster. We waited 1 hour in front of the hotel for Canton fair. There was no explanation about why we wait. Organization skills is zero. This hotel tired us so much. I don’t suggest if you are coming for Canton fair.

Very good hotel but is location is far away to city centre Swimming Pool is very nice

Location of the hotel is poor far from food and shops. Musty smell coming from aircon and generally poor hygiene standards apparent in the small room. Short female duty manager on the 25th of March extremely unprofessional and wastes customers time along with the apparent security manager. Both refusing to provide their names or escalate to general manager “Jock”. If you value small dirty rooms, poor service and enjoy having your time wasted, then you’ve found it! This hotel is a disgrace to the Marriott brand. I sincerely hope the Asia Pacific manager realises this and acts accordingly. If you must stay within the vicinity there is a Four Points by Sheraton and Element hotel within the same complex. Otherwise there are plenty of better hotels nearby too.
