The floor behind the room door have small water stain at our check-in. No hair conditioner was provided and no safety deposit box. The smart home device wasn’t clear and good to use, only some simple instructions can be provided. The front desk services was not friendly.

First off, I just want to say I got what I booked for. The room was exactly as advertised. Secondly I would like to commend Echo, one of the front desk ladies, she was very helpful, patient and went beyond the call of duty (she helped by ordering dinner for us the night we arrived). She was very kind and we appreciate the assistance she gave us. The breakfast was included as advertised, and we enjoyed the many different options available. My only concern is the smell, probably from the carpet in the hallway or something, but once you settle in the rooms and run the aircon, you won't smell it. I would like to ask the hotel to consider putting fridges in the rooms. The surrounding area is also very quiet. Overally we had a nice time here and would definitely stay here again. 🙏

You can borrow them to read in the room, which is very good. The breakfast is also very delicious and looks appetizing. There are also some small restaurants around, and there are some late-night snack stalls near the hotel at night. It is quite convenient to eat. If you want to go to a more upscale restaurant, you need to walk a little further. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is convenient for travel. The hotel waiters are enthusiastic and polite. I also gave two bottles of water when I checked out. Fried chicken is good, recommended! 🎉

When checked in the hotel, the front desk staff upgraded our rooms and provide us free buffet breakfast. The rooms are so big and comfortable. The breakfast is so nice and delicious. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Seeing that the Mehao Lizhi Hotel was close to the airport and had a high rating, I booked this hotel. I thought about taking a taxi back to the hotel to rest. I didn't expect it to be so difficult to get a taxi at the airport. It was too late, and it might be the Chinese New Year. I waited for more than 10 minutes for the taxi, but no driver took the order. I was so anxious that I got angry. At this time, my husband asked me, it seems that the hotel I just booked has an airport pick-up service, but I don’t know if it can be picked up so late. I immediately called the hotel to explain my situation. Because the plane was delayed and it was not until the early morning, there was really no taxi now. The child was tired, so could you please come and pick us up? A young lady at the front desk answered the phone. She first explained to me that the hotel's airport transfer service ends at 23:00 in the evening. At this time, I thought I should not trouble them. I will wait and see if there is any driver to take the order. Unexpectedly, the young lady then told me that because it was so late and the New Year was coming soon, it might be difficult to get a taxi. She would make a special application for me to the leader to see if a car could be arranged to pick us up. A few minutes later, she called me back and said that she had informed the leader of my situation and the application had been completed. The driver had already set out to pick us up. I am really grateful to this young lady for handling things flexibly. Considering the guests, I felt such good service before I checked in. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, we successfully got on the hotel car back to the hotel. When I went to the front desk to check in, I recognized the lady who had just answered the phone to help me apply for airport pick-up with the leader. I looked at her work card and it seemed that her name was Xiaoling. When checking in, she thoughtfully helped us upgrade to a deluxe room. She also prepared a doll in advance for my little baby. Originally, Xiaobao couldn't sleep so late and was very tired and unhappy. He was throwing a tantrum all the way. I didn't expect that this young lady's service was so thoughtful and prepared a doll as a little surprise for the child, which helped me calm the child's emotions very well. She also brought me children's slippers, toothbrushes and Xiaobao. The child was very happy [grin] and slept with the little doll all night. It was really the first time I stayed in a hotel that I was so touched. She saw me holding Xiaobao, and it was inconvenient for my husband to carry the luggage, so she took the initiative to help us pull the luggage up to the room with a luggage cart. It was less than five minutes to the room. Xiaoling at the front desk said that she was afraid that we would be hungry if we arrived so late and hadn't eaten anything yet, so she prepared fruit bread for us and heated milk for the child, saying that it could fill the stomach. Fortunately, she sent these things, otherwise I wouldn't know where to order takeout for Xiaobao so late. Xiaobao also said that this sister was very nice and gave us dolls and food. I am very grateful for her enthusiastic service. It is really a hotel with very high cost performance, good service and complete room facilities and equipment. My husband also praised me for having a good eye for the hotel I booked this time [grin][grin] I was very touched from the process from picking up at the airport to checking in at the hotel. It can be seen that this hotel is really dedicated to providing good service.

The location is superior, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and there is a subway entrance a few hundred meters away; shopping and dining are very convenient, and there is a large shopping mall behind the property, Guangbai Darunfa. The price-performance ratio is very high, and the German beer in the room is delicious! I will choose to stay next time I come to Huadu.

The room was big which was nice, big screen. The toiletries are also branded. There is a small gym and laundry room, but there is no experience. The breakfast is very good. There are not many categories, but it is prepared carefully. It has basically everything that a hotel of this level should have. It is also a revolving restaurant. It is quite an interesting experience because the dining table and elevator are in the middle and do not rotate. The dining area rotates, so if you don't pay attention, you may not be able to find a table after taking your meal, hahaha. Disadvantage: There are not many programs that non-members can watch on the big screen. The bathroom partition makes the space very small. Overall I am quite satisfied.
