The panoramic glass is very nice, and it's great value for money. There are thoughtful gifts and the front desk is very polite.

The weather was good, and I was in a good mood. I had a hearty breakfast and continued my journey with my bestie. PS: The hotel is very nice. The drinks, snacks, and daily necessities provided from the lobby to the room are very complete and considerate. I specially replaced the high-rise luxury bed at the front desk. It's incredibly convenient with a free shuttle bus service that takes only 3 minutes to get there, making it perfect for those looking to hit the slopes without any hassle. Service The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Room The room was modern and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel for a short stay, especially if you're planning to visit the indoor ski. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and well-appointed rooms makes it a great choice.

This is the second time I stayed here. We stayed here because going ski. The staffs here are all fantastically great. Super helpful. They even upgrade us to the lake side room. Everything u need included in the room. The fridge not cold enough. But the staff so nice will bring me bucket of ice every night. We stayed here for 4 nights. Highly recommended. Next time I might try their other two hotels. One small issue is they have a construction site outside It was here last Dec I came and it’s still here. It might have some noise at night and morning. Not non stop noise. But might have few big pound.

Chihajeol Station is close and the room is clean and so nice. Gwangju Airport is also close. It's good. About 25 minutes from the airport to the hotel cost only a few hundred won in Korean money. This is a hotel on the 12th floor. There are many amenities and restaurants and marts. Recommended 👍👍

For those wondering how to get to the hotel: - When you get out of arrivals, go up to the 3rd floor (Check in area) and get out of Gate 42. - A shuttle with the hotel's name will come pick you up. It might come every 10 to 15 mins. - I called reception beforehand to let them know that I needed pick up. The receptionist who helped me spoke English fluently. Hotel location is around 12 mins drive away. I didn't think it was that close to T2 but it wasn't too far either. I arrived at around 10.30 pm. Checking in was smooth and easy. Not crowded. The rooms are according to photos. However, I found that the walls were quite thin; I could literally hear and feel every door that closed from outside. I couldn't get to sleep until after 11 when it all settled down. Reception did give me a pair of earplugs so those could've helped. I took their 6 am shuttle bus to the airport the next day. It was too early for breakfast but they provided some packed snacks (a juice box and cakes). Overall, a decent and satisfying airport hotel.

I don’t know if it is newly renovated or not yet completed, but the interior is still clean and hygienic, the water flow is strong, and the service is friendly. The mattress is just so-so, but the price is understandable. I will prepare a simple meal when I have to catch a flight in the morning. , there are minibuses to the airport every hour throughout the day, so it’s okay to spend the night temporarily.

Staff was very friendly and helpful - the two boys working on midnight shift were providing good information for us when we arrived late. and the lady in the morning shift was very friendly and provided great hospitality. Friendly and nice driver that sent us to the airport to get SIM card and back to the hotel. We really appreciate the staff from this hotel- they were so great!!! Oh and the aunts from the breakfast restaurant too- they greeted us with warm smile.
