Unfortunately, today was a very stressful day to say the least. My friend was in a domestic situation and this Hotel is where she was told to come to provide temporary housing. However, I was starving and just needed some food because I been trying to help her and neglected myself and I left her in the waiting area to grab some food and she said the General manager asked her why is she sitting in the waiting area. She called me and said the manager asked her what's going on so I asked him why cant she wait in the sitting area . I was waiting for the shelter to approve her stay. He proceeded to tell me this is not McDonalds. Being abrasive and rude is unprofessional. I know its wasnt McDonalds! He could have used a different and better approach.
