For me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages. 2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

We had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you. The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too. Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

Room is big and comfortable. Location is good. Near railway station. Many eateries.

Didn't expect this hotel is just a stone away from the main train station. Bus stops outside the hotel, surrounded with cafes, restaurants and easy to get taxi service. Free buffet breakfast was okay, same menu daily. Strictly 12nn check out no extensions not even 30mins or even if we are willing to pay extra they did not allow us even if the hotel ia not fully booked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Good location, friendly service, breakfast is not bad

It's quite convenient. The location is also very good, and all aspects are OK. It is worth recommending. The hotel has a long history and is a bit old, but it does not prevent it from being well maintained.

The room was clean and tidy, the shower flow was very strong and the bath was very comfortable. The location where I live is about 1.3 kilometers from the central area, and the transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop at the door.

Beautiful and spacious room. I was able to spend comfortably. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was fluffy. I would like to use this place again when I go to Granada.

The location is close to the train station and has good bus connections to major tourist attractions. It's also worth walking. The hotel was spacious and overall good.

Exceptional location. The reception staff were very nice and gave us good instructions.

It's close to the station, but there are stairs at the entrance, so carrying a suitcase was a little troublesome. Other than that it's perfect! "Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast." The all-you-can-eat prosciutto ham from the morning was very Spanish-like and I was very happy. It was convenient that the bus left in front of the hotel. There is no coin laundry on site, but it is within walking distance.
