The room is clean and tidy, and the sea is beautiful when you look out the window 4. The front desk staff is very warm and friendly 5. Please note that the hotel does not have air conditioning, only a small fan, and there is no laundry room

Very good, the environment on the island is very good, the hotel has someone cleaning every day, the bathroom is relatively large, and there is a hair dryer. The hotel facilities are very complete, the breakfast is also very delicious, I will go again next time

We had such an amazing experience staying at Hotell Slottsbacken. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room, although a little cosy, had all the amenities and the bed was very comfortable. We had a view of the sea behind the trees. Everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing with vegan and gluten-free options available. We would love to return again in the future and definitely recommend it to others looking for a hotel in Visby!
