Very good experience, just watch the video to experience it. As for the environment, the hotel room is very clean and the service is good. It's just that there will be dust if there are many cars passing by the hotel entrance, so overall it's very good
I love the breakfast, this homemade bread is just amazing… chef is Nur. The rooms are so warm and comfy, the guys of the reception are so friendly. The hotel has a very good location, near the sunrise view point just 450m away, 4 minutes walking.

The location is perfect and everything is in walking distance, staff are really friendly and accommodating for anything you need and the views from the terraces are amazing. Rooms were clean too and had all you need. Great experience living in caves!

It has always been my dream to visit Cappadocia and staying in a cave hotel is one of my bucketlists. A friend recommended this hotel to me and it’s the best decision ever as I woke up with the hot air balloons surrounding us. I booked my tours from the hotel as well. The staff is very helpful and he has arranged everything for me, from airport pick-ip until drop off. They offer great options for breakfast too!

WE GOT 2 ROOMS ON OUR VACATIONS IN APRIL 2024, BOTH ROOMS WERE ORIGINAL CAVE ROOMS AND THE VIEW FROM THE ROOMS AND ERRACES WAS GREAT. VIEW TERRACE FOR BALOON RIDE WAS AMAZING AND WORTHY OF WAKING UP IN EARLY MORNING. LOOK OUT FOR YOUR LUGGAGE AS THERE IS NO LIFT IN THE HOTEL AND YOU HAVE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS LIKE MOUNTAIN.

We had a wonderful stay here! On arrival Kürsat kindly upgraded us to one of their cave suites for 2 nights. The suite was lovely I would definitely recommend staying in this room if you can. Very spacious, comfortable bed, great shower and comes with a Spa bath which is great to use after a long day of hiking! The views from the hotel terrace are incredible, you have a great view of the whole of Goreme and it is perfect for watching the hot air balloons at sunrise. The staff are very helpful with booking extra activities and tours too. We booked our Hot air balloon flight and a horse back riding tour through the hotel. They also booked us our airport transfer there and back for €10 each. We couldn’t recommend this place more and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Goreme!

A very comfortable experience at Cappadocia. The whole staff of elite cave suites is very sweet. We checked in at 11pm hell tired but the person at the reception (thin, tall & with specks) was super sweet and humble. He took the luggage to our room and made sure we had everything. He made us feel home. Next morning at breakfast we met Mr Ali who again was super hospitable and offered us coffee and omlet and even served us with a smile. All in all a good experience.

Showed up after looking at 3 or 4 different cave hotels. Elite stood out because of their view of the surrounding natural caves. The general cave experience is captured quite eloquently by Elite. The pricing is fair for the value and the included breakfast is always a memorable touch. Staff is friendly and helpful, the location is within walking distance to the little town of shops and restaurants. Go live in a cave, we did. Bed made a little too much noise, and wifi wasn't great in the room but hey it's a cave.

* Two hosts - young married couple. The woman was lovely - very kind, and helpful. The man, who claimed the caves were a family business - was nice and friendly one minute and within moments would make a 180 degree shift, and it was beyond disturbing. If he thought he would gain sales from us, he was friendly and affable, when we had to speak about an issue, he was rude and cold. Very Jekyll and Hyde. * Upon checkin, we were given a major sales pitch, that took appx 15 minutes. According to the male host, there was only 2 spots available in the upcoming 4 days for one of the countless hot air balloons in cappadocia - so we should book that so we don’t miss out. Really?! * Our room, upon entering, smelled musty and moldy beyond what is expected of a room built into a cave. The bathroom was the major source of issue and the stench was overwhelming, to the point that we did not feel safe even turning the water on. We immediately opened windows to air it out but this didn’t help, even a few hours later. * Directly under the balcony was an open pipe. Unsure for what, but there were distinct smells of sewage. The smell of sewage was present throughout the whole property as you walked around, not just by our room. * The bathroom had no toilet paper, we had to request it ourselves. A few lightbulbs were out making the room even darker. Wifi did not connect - understandable as it is a cave. * Spoke to hosts - they said they would get someone to come the next morning (it was late) - they had no other rooms to switch us to, but the smell (mold and sewage) was so horrific and we felt it was unhealthy to breathe in - we left. * side note - new hotel was also a cave. It did not have the must/mold smell (which the previous host stated was normal because of how the cave walls absorb water), and wifi worked amazing in the new cave room, too. *do yourselves a favor, book elsewhere.

The hotel is in a great location; super close to town. But can see the hot air balloons take off from multiple balconies. Negative; reality is the rooms do smell damp! But they are caves!! The rooms did leak. And breakfast is rubbish timing. Everyone up and waiting from 7am after hot air balloon rides, and breakfast 8:30am.

I was planning to stay for 4 days but extended my stay up to 7 days to be able to fly with hot air balloon. The hotel got great reviews online and had great photos but when I arrived my first impression was the hotel looked little bit run down from the outside and look dusty and old. As I enter the reception area i saw some dried sad looking plants around the room and everything look dusty. Then the receptionist took me to my rooms i was lucky because it was not so busy week i could choose my room. My room was quite big just right in front of beautiful view. Most of the rooms got little verandah in front but the chairs are broken or dusty look like it's not well maintained. I would give 5 for the room , have water and kettle in the room and the bathroom hot water running well, they change towels everyday , the breakfast was very nice , the boys at the receptionist are very helpful really appreciate them , i would give them 10 out of ten. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel need more maintenance, pay attention to the sad plants ..and dusty chairs and the

Excellent location both for reaching the center (5 minute walk perhaps even less) and for watching the unmissable hot air balloons in flight. Clean room equipped with everything, daily change of towel, slippers, bathroom kit, water, coffee with kettle and tea available. Breakfast with a lot of choice, more savory than sweet but all good. We chose to entrust the hot air balloon ride and the various tours to the hotel and we had a very good time. I recommend this hotel
