Everyhing was good. I arrive there early on 12pm but its okay because check in time on 3pm but their reception promise me to make phone call if my room is ready. Sadly no one call me , i am waiting at lobby from 2pm until 3.15pm none of their reception inform me that my room actually was ready. This is my first time having this issue before this everything was smooth and good. I felt dissapointed because i going there for celebrating my kids birthday trip.

we are excited to enter lost world theme park.. thank s hotel admin because give us free tickets for night park and we so enjoy there.. hot spring, petting zoo etc.. so satisfied.. we will repeat next time.. of coz... thank you 😁

We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Lost World of Tambun Theme Park. It was quite accessible to other key tourist areas of Ipoh as well. We were given complimentary tickets to the night park/ hot springs, something which we really enjoyed, despite the often rainy weather this time of the year. The staff were very friendly, especially Mr Khairul and Mr Shan. Some minor downsides were that our room's safe box was not working, and the wifi in our room was intermittent. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable and pleasant stay for us!

Worth the trip with the promotion price, enjoyed the trip especially the complimentary for night park entrance ticket. Like the hot spring and the show. Recommended.

Room were okay cause with this price were included Hot Springs and Breakfast. Many types variety of choices food during breakfast.

The good thing about the hotel is they give free hot spring, although the water is not hot at all, but kids love it and my in laws also enjoyed. The room gives free 3in1 coffee, which taste good. But the aircon was directly blowing the bed, so I can only put the baby cot to the end of my bed, so kids won't fall sick. And not sure why the hotel is not providing small face towels and so stingy about providing towels.

The staff at the reception are very helpful, I have chosen a single twin room. But because I was on vacation with my 3 young children, they gave me a room with easy access to the lobby & parking to make things easier for me and my children. Overall this hotel is very good.

3d2n, everything are awesome! Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff from hotel to water theme park very welcoming guest. Order in room dinning, the food from theme park, and surprisingly the mee kari taste is so good! Their coffee so good too..
