DO NOT BOOK! If I could give it a zero I would. My partner had 2 hotel rooms booked with the hotel in which he gets told there’s only one available after booking on the website stating 2 were available. My partner told them he would like to cancel the room as he needs 2 not 1. They were really rude on the phone no manners and told him it’s not there provlem it’s *********** fault. *********** said it is the hotel when we phoned to ask as we were advised. The hotel after did not pick up his calls anytime he phoned so when we went up there to explain the situation staff were trying to change the story up and finally after battling with them they said the manager would phone us on Monday. It had been 3 days and no phone from anyone. When I tried to phone off my number I asked who I was speaking to and got immediately hung up on and now my calls aren’t getting answered eother. Im afraid I can’t keep wasting my time trying to get the right to our money back when we didn’t check in or out and will have to complain higher up. Would NEVER go back there again. And to too it all off they are removing my review off their actual website ahaha

I have stayed in many Premier Inns but this was the worst. To start the outside of the restaurant looks not far off derelict. The hotel side there are stains on the carpets in the hallway, walls and skirting boards badly marked. In the room before I left I checked down side of bed in case anything had fallen down only to find a pair of socks that weren’t mine nestled in lots of dust as the bed clearly hadn’t been moved for a week or 3. Back to the restaurant, the carpet was disgustingly dirty, tables scabby and the ceilings looked like there had been heavy water damage and as for the food it was all really disappointingly poor. Only thing it has going for it is the staff were nice.

This is the second time I have stayed here for the half marathon in Glasgow. I choose it due to location for the start and finish but also as an IHG hotel where I hold Silver Elite Status. I wasn't recognised as a member at check in which is no big deal it is just other properties I have stayed at recognise your status. However, the checkin was prompt and efficient. Despite being early and asking for a high floor room the member of staff did his best to accommodate my request. The room was very quiet, old but well maintained. There are not that many plug sockets if you need to charge devices but the room was comfortable and the inclusion of a kettle and coffee is a small thing but very much valued. The breakfast was extensive and good quality although the time you choose to go it could be very busy but this is inevitable. Staff are great and replenish stock and clear tables quickly. The hotel has a bar with competitive prices. I would recommend this hotel it you are in Glasgow as only a 15 minute walk to Grorge Square area and the airport bus and numerous decent restaurants.

We had our wedding at the Sherbrooke and what a day it was. From the preparations right up until the day the staff were absolutely amazing. William from the weddings team was an absolute God send. Kept everything running smoothly and was there to make sure the day was perfect. Can't thank him and the staff enough ❤️

Thank you to the staff, as a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I felt so safe. Check in was smooth and friendly. The hotel is clean, stylish and smart. You need your room key to use the lifts so I felt so safe going to my room. I stayed in a double room and it was so spacious! Everything was tidy and well placed. Even though there was a fun fair on the next street it didn’t really bother me when I shut the window. It was my first time staying in an apart-hotel and I would definitely recommend! I didn’t know that having ice in the freezer and cutlery would make me so happy haha. I could chill my water and have a lovely meal in my room without having to fork out for a more expensive takeaway. I used the Tesco express down the street to get myself fresh food. The bathroom had a lovely heated towel Rail too so I had the warmest, fluffiest towel! Down in the lobby they have a Brita water filter, board games, extra kitchen equipment and food and drink. Will certainly return if I ever visit Glasgow again!

Great location, handy for the city centre, with a beautiful bedroom, and a really luxurious feel around the hotel. Breakfasts were tasty with a good selection of fresh food, lunches were plentiful and good selection of dinner options. Staff offered a warm friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble throughout the stay.

Like the row of washers and dryers! Free usage and can book via the hotel app. Have ping pong and pool table for a quick game. Location is about 7 mins walk to george square. 5 mins to shopping. Very convenient But the house keeping team needs some improvement. Towels were not changed or not enough towels were given.

Having stayed here a few times before due to its location and reasonable price, I was left disappointed this time. I had booked this hotel because for some reason every hotel in Glasgow that weekend was unusually expensive. Hotels I would have expected to pay ＞£100 were £150/180. The jury’s was £111. A warm welcome from reception staff and the main lobby is modern and clean. The room we were allocated (618) was a bit dated. It was spacious because it was an accessible room, not at our request so maybe why it was cheaper than others. The above two points didn’t really bother us because it was just somewhere to sleep as we were attending a gig. Unfortunately we did not sleep very well. The windows didn’t do enough to soundproof the outside street noise, the walls were paper thin and you could hear the neighbours talking, plugging and unplugging electrical items- all minor quiet stuff which you shouldn’t really be able to here. Our room had a buzzing noise coming from the vent in the room which kept us awake til 7.30am… and then the neighbours started getting ready to check out. We never complained during the night because we were so tired after being out all night and the noise was intermittent so just when you thought you were back to sleep, it started again. The room was clean but as I said dated, and for this reason I don’t think I’d chose to stay here again.

Fabulous location right by main shopping streets and restaurants. We stay in a lot of Premier Inns around the country ostensibly because you know what you will get for your money. This is by far the worst case of poor housekeeping skills and maintenance. Staff are excellent and friendly. Avoid room 632. Our double bed was made up with a possible sofa bed mattress protector far too small which to anyone with any ounce of bed making skills could have seen. We found this out at 11.00am on night of arrival and Reception arranged a spare sheet which did not cover the bed! We then noticed none of the unfitted bed linen actually fits the bed length! Next day we requested bed to be made up again and correct mattress protector was installed but again linen does not fit bed! We have NEVER had this at a Premier Inn. You have to request room service and yet our bin has remained unemptied. Bathroom: clean but loose toilet seat and broken small shower head which swings away and we will not use overhead rainfall shower as clogged up and very dirty! Someone needs to clean with a toothbrush and cream cleanser. We asked for this yesterday and nothing done. Extractor fan also not working so bring air freshener and towels remain damp too! Air-conditioning noisy and filter needs cleaning as lived abroad and recognise the sound of that, you cannot open windows as sealed so bring ear plugs if you want to sleep with turned on. All in all it is not a great experience and next time we will go back to The Dakota whose housekeeping staff know how to do their job.

Excellent value for money for three adults including breakfast. Good location, free parking , helpful reception staff. Clean warm room. Comfy bed. Shower and toilet in room. I took travel kettle as no coffee tea making facilities in room, but is available for self service in cafe near reception. Continental breakfast good variety pastries/ meats/ cheese as well as cereals/ toast. Would definitely stay here again.
