We spent a night at Resol and our stay was quite enjoyable. The hotel is well located in Gifu so you easily go for a walk to explore the city, and the rooms were clean, just like everywhere in Japan. Small downside, we were a group of 40 traveling together and we had the conference room for us for breakfast, but somehow the hotel didn't plan the seating well so we couldn't all eat at the same time.

Free breakfast, just a good feeling for those who want to eat lightly. Chicken Chan Chan baked was not suitable for their mouth. Free coffee is not particularly delicious and not unpleasant. The room was clean and the minimum necessary was available and I didn't feel inconvenient. It is close to the station and is far from the customs town, so it is a safe location for women. I chose it because there was a washing machine, but there was only ３ (paid) and the person (man) who was left behind after use did not appear easily, and I called the front desk and asked him to avoid it. I waited for about an hour to use it in the first place. While waiting, there were three people (all women) who came to check the vacancy of the washing machine to the same Yuo as myself. I came to Gifu because I wanted to escape the urbanized Kansai and spend a quiet and relaxing time. When I travel to Japan, I always go to a hot spring once a day, so I chose the Chuhachiro Hotel. This ryokan with a long history is located right in front of the Nagara River, has great views, and a public bath with an open-air bath. Access from the station is a bit far, but 4 to 5 buses all depart from Gifu Station and stop a 4-minute walk from the hotel, and you can also rent a bicycle. There is also a festival called Ukai held on the Nagara River in May, so it is the best choice if it suits your purpose. Also, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff are very polite and friendly. This is excellent hospitality that is hard to find in any hotel. Breakfast is 2,200 yen as of the date of writing the review, and it is a buffet style with quite a variety of good desserts. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Gifu!

It is a comfortable Dormy Inn. You can enter the elevator hall of Dormy Inn from the building ２ floor because it is connected by the adjacent parking lot (charged ２４ time １０００ yen) and the outer corridor. The front desk and the large communal bath restaurant are a little irregular on the ６ floor. The large communal bath is a simple alkaline hot spring, so the hot water is slimy, and I liked it because it was like a hot spring. I thought it would be better to eat in a small bowl and tongs than to divide it from a platter. Satisfaction is high. We stayed on the second day of our solo trip to Shiga and Gifu. It is a very convenient location, a few minutes walk from JR Gifu station and MEITETSU Gifu station. The single room was a little wider with 15.9㎡ and the bed width was 160cm and comfortable. The desk was also large and easy to use in a study style rather than a normal wall arrangement. The facilities were clean. The bathroom and breakfast buffet are standard.

Very cheap in Japanese standard and each rooms has toilet and bath and small fridge. I cannot complain even if it smells badly or very old...any way nothing was wrong with this property. I enjoyed staying in center of Gifu city at this good price. Ofcas the room is not so big nor perfectly clean.but OK quality!
