Book this hotel because of good reviews I found online. First we came 2hours early so we approached the front desk to check if we can pre check in. The lady (I didn't bother to get her name) told us cannot (like she looks very tired and annoyed of us) the service is very poor. Location is far from the main attractions booking a shuttle bus is not possible as you need to booked early it is 7RM one way. So this whole time we are booking grab which is expensive at night around 10pm only few drivers. For the room more look like an apartment amenities are so so toilet bath has grime. The worst hotel I ever checked in bed sheets got blood stains, towels got hole and the annoying part is we placed our towels on the floor to get it changed to our surprise it was folded and towel is wet obviously it was our towel used before we left the room. Not recommended.. Not worth the price we paid. Never gonna book this hotel again...

The bathroom has no ventilation or whatsover Otherwise, the food was good

Everything provided in the room are ok n function well, hotel is clean. However the road that leads to the hotel is badly dirtied by the construction site which is just in front of the hotel, n the much taller under construction building is blocking the view from this hotel.

Hotel location is not too bad considering it’s just less than 10min drive from genting theme park. However if there are no grab service then it will be a bit inconvenient. Basic amenities are just ok. No spoons provided for coffee making and in room refrigerator is spoilt.

Driving distance to first world takes up to 15 mins,hotel provides shuttles bus with fee to genting .

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. I think it's been more than 3 times. But after a long time, I returned to stay here and was quite surprised to find too many changes, especially the lobby which is on the 3rd floor. It's quite complicated actually but I'm still satisfied with the room I stayed in. A little warning to the security there so that they don't be rude by driving away our car that stopped by the side for a while on the orders of the hotel management. We do not accept the rude attitude of knocking on our car window. We heard instructions from the hotel, which is your own boss. Just because we are local, we receive different treatment. Thankfully we are not a family that likes to go viral. Your dignity is still preserved.

Cleanliness need to improve. Check in service is unpleasant as only one staff assist there during peak season. Environment is chill and nicer than first world.

Hotel does not have basic amenities, no phone, no remotes. Horrible cleanliness floor is greasy and dirty. Faulty lights and creepy wardrobe with flashing lights in the middle of the night. Weird noises with construction works. Infested with pests!!! Multiple cockroaches and bugs in the toilet and on the bed.

Whether there is room available, the counter staff does not check and simply say check in time is 3 pm. Totally not flexible It is not suddenly all the room get clean up across all rooms at the same time, some will be check out at 9 am just like me. I reached the hotel lobby at 2 pm, after waiting for very long time, because there is only 1 staff , then being told that you can only come at 3 pm

First of all, this is a very bad and disappointed stay! We booked 2 nights amd checked in about 9pm and settled at about 12am. while we checked out 2nd morning even they upgraded our room finally. If we may check out immediately if we check in earlier. We indicated we have 3 persons while they provide 2 single beds, each one only 1 meter wide. All other things, slipper, tower, toothbrush. etc are for 2 persons. When requested extra bed, then only gave a flexible single bed, no cotton-padded matress, no quilt. After we challenged them how prepare our room like this, they said "we followed your agent instruction, pls check with your agent". This is a fake 5 star hotel, actually lower than 3 star. When we questioned this, they told us recently there are 3 hotels merging together, one of them is 5 star. Then we noted the name of "G-LUXE By Gloria" is printed on several things, soar, bag. Reception is difficult to find and didn't provide receipt for your paying. All facilities seems long time no using or no good maintenance. Breakfast is below average and shuttle bus is RM6/person if you book online and RM7 if you buy at counter. Because we checked out one day early, and they refuse to refund the shuttle bus fee even we bought them at counter.

We were happy with the stay. We book two rooms and received an upgraded. Despite check in process taking some times due to machine error, however the patience sabahan girl i forgot her name. Rita maybe? She patiently assisted guest one by one. Kudos girl. We thanks Grand ion Delemen team for the hospitality and would love to come back again. ❤️

Honestly the hotel ia overrated but the ambience surrounding is very nice.. However, All staff polite & helpful

When I going in the room toilet is very smelly and the room also very dirty. At the first time I call to counter after that they bring a freshener to spray the toilet. Almost like 1 hour the toilet smelly again. The second day I go to lobby reception to complain about the toilet very smelly. At the night when I came back the room is not smelly already but in the morning smelly again.But for the overall they settle this things with the good attitude just the toilet don’t know why is smelly.

- Lobby had a very unpleasent smell. - During our check in we were asked to do self check in at the kiosk machine,but it will be much better if there was someone to standby at Self checkin kiosk for assistance need. - The Front Office lady giving us wrong info without apologise, as we have to come back and fort to the Reception counter to ask where to go to our room. Front office was not very attentive. - Signage for directory was quite confusing too should have better directory signage. - Room was okay,breakfast was good very attentive staff,but was not very convenience to go there. -Overall,it was not a very good stay,quite dissapointed.
