The location was terrible, there is a lot of noise during the night and it’s not safe to walk near the hotel. After midnight they close the main door and you can’t enter in the hotel. The breakfast was included in the price but you have to leave before 8am they don’t give you it, not even take away. Very bad experience

The location is really convenient for anyone traveling by train, but the only problem is the environment does not look very safe around. But the staff are so nice and patient. Really appreciate their help and guidance for my trip in Genova.

It’s a simple place, do not expect to much. But it’s better than a hostel.

Had a problem with payment, although had paid before arriving. Was asked to pay again which was thankfully sorted by trip.com. But still was very unsettling as i had checked in but when i returned back to the hotel at 2100 hrs the reception tells me my payment didn't go through . So was a lot of back and forth between trip, hotel and self for more than a hour in the lobby and my phone battery almost dying.

1. The sanitary conditions are poor, it can be regarded as a very broken small hotel 2. Poor sound insulation and old facilities 3. Even if the price is low, it is not worth choosing. 4. The boss increases the price at will

It's a very clean and new hotel. It can't be called a hotel, but the environment is very clean. It has a good personality. The staff doesn't know much English, but they can still communicate. The boss is very nice and has a capsule coffee machine. , the transportation is very close to the station, it is worth recommending

Everything OK.

It's very close to the train station, but there is no elevator. If there is a lot of luggage, it will be troublesome. Great value for money, the hotel is clean and warm. But the soundproofing of the hotel is not very good

The service is very good. It is close to landmarks. I walk on foot for the whole trip. No need to take a car. It is very convenient. There is a Chinese Super League downstairs. The hygiene is good.

Besides charging me twice , pretending he did not understand . The free breakfast isn’t really breakfast , didn’t feel like a very safe area either . Wouldn’t personally recommend especially considering the cost .

It is really nice hotel conviently located near the train station Genoa Principe, the only down side i qill say is that you dont get key for the main door. You need to be back at yhe hotel before midnight or else youll be locked outside. I think thw reason beaing is that the area or the street is has so many bystanders that seems dodgy.
