Our visit started with a hiccup but the staff solved the issue like pros. The result was more than satisfactory. We had such a pleasant stay in this new and modern hotel that was right in the middle of the old town without being affected by the noise and liveliness that comes with such areas. The rooms were spacious and impressively clean. We stayed in a connecting family room so the pre-teens get their own space and we got our space as parents. The hotel offered complimentary water and juices in the fridge which is something I have not seen in many other hotels. We were also able to park the car just next to the hotel (for a reasonable fee) which made our visit smoother. Already planning a new visit to the hotel :)

I could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected.
Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture.
I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot.
And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads.
I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station.
But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

From check-in o check-out, the staff at this hotel were excellent. We had booked two rooms and were given adjoining rooms. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. There was the usual tea/coffee facilities, it a nice touch was a water cooler at the lift area. This gave us access to clean, cool drinking water. We ate in the restaurant on the first day, for breakfast. The choice was plentiful, but I would recommend looking elsewhere to eat, as the price was way above what else is available in very close proximity. The location of the hotel was ideal. There is a shopping mall opposite, with a choice of shops and eating places. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and plenty of other shops as well. It was a leisurely 15 minute walk into the centre of Gdansk and Dluga street. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely consider staying, if we were ever in Gdansk again.

Stayed here a couple of times recently and it has some really good things going for it but also some things to be aware of. Great location 10/15 mins walk from two different railway stations and within 5 mins walk of a number 9 tram stop, so many options to get from the airport to the hotel across bus , train and tram. I used a combo of number 110 bus then changed to tram The hotel itself is very modern and has two separate buildings. One has reception and restaurant / bar and the other is just rooms and a roof top sky bar which gives good views and something different if it’s a nice night Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, great beds and potential for a good nights sleep, big tv but only two English channels which both only show rolling news. Usb and euro plug points by bed, small fridge, big bathroom with a walk in shower was very nice. I only had breakfast which was a great selection and very tasty and I’d recommend. Now the bad bits, on my most recent stay I was in the second building on 3rd floor and was kept awake till 4am by a private party in the rooftop skybar, if it was keeping me awake I wonder how bad it was for people on floors 4, 5 and 6. Going by the volume it must have been nightclub volume in the actual bar but my main issue with it is that the reception staff and manager could not have cared less about the impact on residents which was very disappointing, clearly they value the revenue from private more than the revenue from residents. So I would really recommend people check there is not a private function on in this hotel before booking. As a diamond member I’d have expected to be housed in the main building aware from this noise and to have the staff actually be bothered I sent an email in with feedback that has been totally ignored as well as a shrug of shoulders from reception staff My message to hotel is do not take residents for granted as they simply won’t return after a bad experience like this I am also still having to chase IHG reward points from over one month ago which simply isn’t acceptable. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issues

Great value for your money. We stayed here for five nights on our stay in Gdansk and we were very happy with our stay. The service was great and very helpful when we needed it! Also it was close by to the city with about 10 min walk or so. The only minus was the beds were a hard and the aircondition was noisy, but overall it did not bother us due to the overall experience here.

I stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fab building, loads of history , very industrial look, loved it, lucky to get an upgraded room on the top floor , very spacious with living area, comfiest beds ever and loved the separate quilts, pillows were to soft for us but were given some more, good size bathroom and hot powerful shower, location was ok about 10 min walk from waterfront , unsure about one tiny piece of the road we had to pass each night but we were fine just walked fast Would highly recommend price was unbelievable 😀 thank you for a great stay

There is this ”great” mechanism in doors that starts beeping when someone does not close the door. One morning it was on for about half an hour making it really hard to sleep as walls and doors are paper thin. In my two nights stay I didn't have enough luck to have at least one night of decent sleep. The good side is a location.

Excellent hotel. Room is really comfortable. Plenty of room. Clean and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, just on the edge of the main *****, in a quieter part of town. Sopot is a lovely seaside resort. Excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast very good.

Outstanding
EEril Ken TravelsThis hotel is nice! Simple yet elegant. I had the chance to stay here on my way to Bydgoszcz. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and polite. The hotel is clean, they change the towels everyday, and you can ask for your bed linens to be changed too. Breakfast is buffet style and there’s a great selection of food. The only problem is the hotel’s location if you are a tourist. The tourist spots are a bit far. But there’s a beautiful park nearby. All in all, this hotel is great! I enjoyed my stay!
GGuest UserThe hotel is located just outside the main train station which is very convenient. It is also located in the historical building and its beautiful inside with high ceilings and the vibe of an past times connected with modern feeling. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and super clean bathroom. You have plenty of space to unpack your belongings. The hotel has a restaurant that also brews their own beer. You can easily get a beer or drink, or food and bring this to your room. They also sell beer at the concierge office and I assure you this beer is fantastic. There is a little bit of sound coming off the streets as the hotel is located in busy area but that did not bothered us at all. Walking distance to the old city area is about 20 minutes. I highly recoomend this place if you want to be close to everywhere but not overwhelmed by the tourists on the other hand.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very tidy and the personnel is nice. The location is also very good and I've never had such good breakfast selection as at Scandic - and I've traveled a lot. It was also nice that I could order room cleaning, when I needed it. They didn't come automatically every morning. My personal opinion is that I don't need a cleaning every single day. It's not sustainable, either. Sometimes, cleaning even disturbs your mornings, so I preferred it this way. I had also a particular room wish and Scandic had fulfilled it to perfection! Thanks for the stay!
GGuest UserHotel is located near fast city tram, called SKM. Without driving the car you can really fast and cheap sightseeing the city of Gdańsk, Sopot or Gdynia. Food in hotel is really good, the lunch menu is not big, but everyone will find something attractive. I ate delicious fish with rice and vegetables, also menu for children is very tasty. Breakfast is really huge it is served by the waitress, so you should ask for small portion. In the whole hotel everyone has to wear a mask, even during breakfast. You can feel safety and protected. To sum up very good food, great location with free Wi-Fi, parking, dogs friendly. I really recommend this hotel for family weekend.
ZZHENGConvenient transportation. good environment. It's close to the main attractions and the train station, and it's walking distance. And there is a restaurant right outside the street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the home decoration is beautiful. Breakfast is rich. And the service attitude is very good, but also skillfully helped me to get my boarding pass for the next trip. This is a very satisfied hotel with high cost performance among the hotels I have stayed at. I sincerely recommend it to friends and everyone.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the most desirable part of Gdansk, right in the center of town, yet free from noice. The historic building has been beautifully restored, with great decoration and furniture. From the moment we entered the hotel door, until our departure, we receiver best service one can think of from hotels professional and kind personnel. Breakfast was outstanding and so was the hotel’s restaurant. During our stay we experienced a significant problem. We discussed the issue with the hotels management who very kindly and generously helped us solving the problem. We already looking forward to our next visit to Gdansk and Radisson Blu. Wiktor and Kerstin from Malmö, Sweden
GGuest UserVery pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cleaned well, nicely decorated, good lighting, comfortable mattress, clean towels and linens, refrigerator in room, free bottled water provided, good temperature control, good towels, nice bath products and good water pressure, great proximity to the Gdansk Oliwa train station. The only complaints would be lack of English cable stations (no CNN), I was unable to connect my HDMI device to the TV and some noises could be heard in my room from the hallway. Also there is currently a lot of street construction around the property. However, overall it was a great stay in a comfortable and inviting hotel.
GGuest UserI found this to be an excellent hotel. Clean modern and spacious with pleasant and helpful staff. Nice size of room with balcony and excellent choices at buffet breakfast. I also ate evening meal twice and certainly no complaints about the food or service. Another plus was only approx. 7 minute walk to the old town and also Bus and Tram travel withing 5 minutes from the hotel. Would certainly book again if ever back in Gdansk
DDondimon75The hotel is located in 5-7 minutes by car from the center of Gdansk. More suitable for just staying overnight, next to there is a small supermarket, a restaurant. Hotel rooms are standard, there is TV, phone, bottled water, electric teapot with cups and cooking, large bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet cosmetic facilities, there is a fan. There is a free parking at the hotel, the Internet is good, there is also a small corner for the entertainment of small children. In the morning, the restaurant serves a fairly pleasant and delicious breakfast. The food is delivered to the rooms.
