Nice clean room, near the Hyatt for our conference, friendly service.

The name of the hotel has changed and I was worried when I arrived. The room is clean.

Very new! In Hong Kong, where land is very expensive, the room seems very large! Very good. The location is also good, very close to the subway station. If it is not the price reason, you can live every time.

I liked the landscaping and cleanliness at this property. The hallway carpet entering the room was dirty and maybe shampooing it will give it a better look.

Well the first time that I arrived they gave me the wrong room but after I saw it I call front desk and then they gave me a room with jacuzzi after that it was perfect

The check in process was unremarkable, but ok. The room was plain and basic, semi-clean. The worst was that my shower wouldn't work. The water took about 3 minutes to start running, where it only trickled out, the actual shower wouldn't turn on and then the handle wouldn't turn the water off. I had a two night stay, when I left in the morning I told the front about the shower and I never returned. I found another hotel for the 2nd night of my stay. I did see some of Disney fireworks from the parking lot though.

Great hotel, and great price. Would stay here again. I got the king suite and it was perfect

The environment was unsafe. The room wasn’t clean. The staff were rude and uncooperative.

This motel is fine, the room was pretty clean and the staff was friendly and quick to help. It’s nice that they have laundry for pretty cheap. Unfortunately the internet setup isn’t great. I was unable to connect most of the time. That combined with a pretty lousy selection of tv channels made for a pretty boring stay.
