Cooler I mean temperature of gift city is bit lower than city. Decent facilities of gym, swimming pool, spa. Decent food. Rooms are comfortable and charges are reasonable. Bonus is govt controlled liquor shop with 65 percent extra tax plus 100 rs for permit. Highly recommended.

Thank you kindly for Chef Mehul for making good Lahori Paneer Ke Pachey & very excellent cheese/garlic naans to match. VERY TASTY, lots of flavour and excellent balance of spices. Strawberry ice cream was a lovely touch to finish a good meal. Great service!

Had a great stay because of the kind and helpful staff. Always serving with a smile. A special thanks to Husna. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a variety of healthy options and great preparation. Stewards are super generous and polite. Thank you Mr. Sudhir and Pushpa. Aprreciate the lovely staff person Subham. You all made the made our experience worth it.

We were happy the moment we stepped in greeted warmly with smiles. The check-in was a pleasant and courteous experience thanks to Aditi, The room was clean and tidy with house keeping staff inquiring if needed anything, as soon as we reached the room. Extra water, extra coffee tea we didn't even have to ask for it. Everyone is very friendly and always wanted to do something extra. The swimming pool is clean and the spa was amazing, the therapist was very good. The food was great our compliments to the CHef. The service at the restaurant is very good and specially Amina was very nice to us. We have stayed here twice in the last month and seems like we will keep coming back for more.

Average value for money : compared to e.g Hyatt hotels, (same rates) the Grand Mercure offers very small rooms with unconfortable beds, service in the restaurant is good but buffet does not have much choice, especially deserts (only a bit of ice cream and some cakes), we told tge (very friendly) staff and they said they would take it into account. Reception staff is professional but do not expect smiles or a 'hope you liked your stay'. Disappointing experience for a 5* hotels without the luxury and food coming with it. Situated in Gift City, good location if going north.

My extended stay at the hotel was delightful, thanks to the amazing staff. Deepak and Aditi made a huge difference—they were warm, approachable, and always eager to help. Whether it was a small request or just a friendly chat, they were there to make my day brighter. Truly wonderful service.
