Из плюсов: Маленький, хороший отель. чистый. в номерах тепло, кондиционер работает отлично. хорошая сантехника. очень неплохие завтраки. бассейн на территории (для зимы подогревается отлично). номера не выходят к дороге окнами, поэтому шума не слышно. до моря - минут 15 спокойным шагом до рынка - тоже 15 минут рядом есть магазины и кафе Из минусов: слишком хорошая слышимость с улицы. если приезжают чрезмерно активные компании, у которых нет личных границ и они в 11 вечера располагаются с кальяном, пивом и музыкой во дворе, и прекрасно проводят время - ты слышишь в номере каждый разговор и каждый бит. (но спасибо администраторам, они решили этот вопрос)

Отель внешне не плохой, но в номере грязновато: шторы в пятнах, в ванной давно не было генеральной уборки, на стенах пятна от убитых комаров, в углах паутина. Большим плюсом являются хорошие завтраки, но до моря и центра идти далековато, вблизи мало кофе где можно вкусно покушать, еда однообразная и не вкусная. В номере очень много комаров, сразу берите с собой фумигатор и пластины. Вывод- цена завышена. Достопримечательности находятся в старой Гагре, поэтому если бы мы вернулись в Абхазию то остановились бы там, тем более там очень много пансионатов и санаториев со своими частными территориями и выходом на пляж, народу там меньше и пляж гораздо чище , все красивые места тоже там, нам приходилось ездить туда на маршрутке.

Неплохой отель. Но как оказалось находится очень далеко и от моря, и от центра города. Гуляя в окрестностях отеля, думали, что это весь город. В конце поездке только осознали, что месторасположение неудачное. Думали, что раз море далеко отлично, что есть бассейн. НО если у Вас чувствительная кожа, будьте осторожны. Я первый раз зашла в бассейн и за 10 минут у меня зона декольте и рук покрылась сыпью. Может такая реакция на хлорку?! Но в не первый раз посещаю бассейны и такая реакция впервые. Также отсутствуют москитные сетки, ночами хочется впустить прохладу и свежий воздух, но комаров огромное количество и нет выхода, кроме как закрывать окна. Очень негативно отразилось впечатление о номере то, что в ванной комнате был умопомрачительный запах канализации, проветривания и включенная вытяжка не справлялись. За 4 дня отдыха ни разу не убрались, хотя уборщицу на территории наблюдали. Если присматриваться, то сантехника грязная, налет сильный. Не очень приятно было там находиться. Кровать и матрас для меня были отличные, супругу показался жестким и спина болела. Завтраки очень вкусные и выбор есть. Мне это очень понравилось! Нам главное, было посетить озеро Рица и отдохнуть за пределами отеля, это отельная история. Отель нормальный, но для комфортного и качественного отдыха нужно исправить нюансы с канализацией, поставить москитные сетки, проверять качество воды в бассейне и проводить генеральную уборку номера.

Забронировали отель должны были засалится 2 апреля, внесли предоплату за сутки, для гарантии бронирования. Но к сожалению, Компания ютеир отменила наш вылет((( и нам пришлось отменить поездку. Очень благодарна руководству гостиницы, которые вошли в нашей положение и вернули аванс! Это очень важно в наше время, честность и порядочное отношение в людям!🙏🏻 Надеемся приехать и поблагодарить лично! ☺️
