I stayed for the first time in a long time. The location is perfect because it is next to Fukushima Station, but the breakfast has changed. Previously, it was said that you didn't have to eat, but it seems that you will choose various things at check-in. Whether it's Japanese or Western, take out or eat there. I made a Japanese takeout, but the amount is just right. The content was much better than before. I am grateful that the bathtub is large here. I don't say the window opens, but it's okay.

When I stayed in Fukushima City, I went to Iizaka Onsen hot spring or the hotel close to Fukushima station was the main. This time, I chose this hotel a little far away. The reason for the choice is that the evaluation point was relatively high. It was 10 minutes from the east exit of Fukushima Station, but it is certainly the distance. There are many hotels nearby, so it felt a little far away. The hotel itself is large and the facilities are good. It will be renewed. It was a little good with a staff of about 3 people. The large and splendid area of the 1F lobby, which you have not seen recently in check-in, was a lounge where guests could drink coffee freely. It would have been a cafe corner before. The room was a single of 10F but it was 18m2 wide and enough for one person. I was able to use my luggage in the corridor. The desk work was also functional and there was a chair and a small round table at the window. The toilet was using a mirror to reduce it. I thought that there was no space to put shampoo in the bathtub, and it was not attached when it was new. There was no problem with using it at all. Breakfast was from 6:30 and I was happy that there was a raw *. It is highly valued overall.

It was a reasonable and satisfying hotel. The location is a little confusing, and the hotel is small? So I was a little worried when I was walking from the station. I was relieved to find the signboard of the parking lot. I thought the room was a bit old, but considering the price, it's enough. The breakfast was delicious and I was satisfied. I am glad that the breakfast at the hotel is substantial recently. If there was a request, I thought that the air conditioner would be individually air conditioned in each room. Anyway, it was a satisfying 2 night. Thank you.

Iizaka Onsen is surprisingly large and there are large hotels here and there. Looking at the hotel along the river from the station, there aren't many places open and I feel lonely. Did you fall down in Corona? Otori was a little far from the station, and there was only one large hotel on the land of Hiro 々. The parking lot is large, the facilities are new, and the service is moderate, so I think it is good to judge it as a luxury hotel (hot spring inn).
With a stay at Yoshikawaya in Fukushima, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Horikiri House and Iizaka Onsen. This spa ryokan is 1.2 mi (2 km) from Paradise of Flowering Peaches and 3.5 mi (5.6 km) from Nakano Fudoson.

It is a historic hot spring club founded in 1841. The emperor of Japan has also come to stay. There is a detailed introduction to this hot spring club on the first floor. It is endless to see. The large bath is also very comfortable and relaxing with the outdoor scenery. The meal is very rich and fresh, and it is wonderful to eat the banquet after the soup. Very recommended
Enjoy the expanse of nature in the 100% natural hot spring! At 800m elevation, this inn offers a full view of the city of Fukushima.

Takayu Onsen is known for its high sulfur component concentration. I stayed at Manza in Gunma before, so I was excited to see how much it was. The hotel is modern and has no secret hot spring feeling or rustling feeling. You may have a taste in this area. The hot spring is truly a famous hot spring. The sulfur smell smells everywhere. The white muddy water is very romantic and like The hot spring. It was difficult for a few days after the bath to smell from my body, but it was very good to use it. Unfortunately, the open-air bath is small, so it tends to get dense if it is a corona disaster.

We visited Sansuiso in December 2022 in the snowy weather. Four of us stayed in a suite room with private bath in Shisuitei, the new wing. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a bedroom section (with 2 ample sized western beds) that can be separated with sliding doors at night, as well as a very big tatami room where two more people can sleep on futons. The heating system was top notch with precise control, and I should mention the toilet was equipped with top-of-the-line TOTO washlet bidet with automated lid and flushing. I have multiple food allergies, including gluten (celiac disease), and my husband cannot eat eggs or dairy products. When I explained this to them when I made the reservation, they readily accommodated us, and I was thrilled that they didn’t simply skip some things, but carefully prepared special course menus to match our needs. Since my mother was going through chemotherapy, we had a private room for dinner and breakfast (plus we could add whatever we wanted from the breakfast buffet to the prepared meal). Both my mom and her friend said they felt like they had been treated to a fine restaurant for each meal. It was our first time to stay in Tsuchiyu Onsen; we stayed there for two nights when it was snowing heavily due to a big cold wave. When my mom wanted to go shrimp fishing or my husband wanted to paint kokeshi dolls, the kind okami-san (innkeeper) tactfully allowed us to take the shuttle bus to the venue and the bus came to pick us up on the way back to the inn. Bathing with a view of the snowy slope and waterfall was also wonderful. The shuttle bus from right in front of the Fukushima station is convenient, too. If an opportunity presented itself, we would love to visit Sansuiso again.

SsugapapaWhen I got off the Fukushima Nishi Interchange and went up to the entrance of the Azuma Skyline, which is closed in winter, the smell of sulfur hit my nose. Adachiya is there. A pale, muddy hot spring boasting a history of over 400 years. As it is said to be the best free-flowing hot spring in the prefecture, the hot water overflows. The hot spring, which is the specialty hot spring, is so rich in hot spring ingredients, mainly sulfur, that it irritates the skin. Moreover, the bathtub, which is built along the mountain surface, is rich in rustic beauty and is one of the top ten open-air baths I have ever visited. The atmosphere of the inn is also good! The accommodation plan this time is ”Enjoy Fukushima's sake / pairing of carefully selected sake and food”. After enjoying the open-air bath, we were brought three kinds of appetizers and local sake for ”comparing sake drinkers in your room”. Sake lees cream cheese is ”Yaemon / Junmai dry”, prosciutto ham is ”Naraman / Junmai”, two kinds of sesame tofu is ”Yamanoi / Junmai Ginjo”. A blissful moment before a meal while gazing out at the light snow falling outside. All the recommended pairings are delicious! At dinner, 5 types of sake are served to match the dishes. ”Oku no Matsu / Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling” for appetizers, ”Eikawa / Junmai” for bowls, ”Tenmei / Junmai Ginjo Honsei” for sashimi, ”Suehiro / Denshoyama Haijun” for meat dishes and pots Rice”, and “Kokken/Junmai Daiginjo” for sweetness. The hearth banquet ”Yukemuri no Utage” has a wide variety of dishes, each of which is delicious. Of course, it goes great with Japanese sake. I drank about 3 go of 8 kinds of sake in total, but it was an irresistible plan for sake lovers. It is one of the few hot spring inns that will make you want to visit again.
AAlly2023Service is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. He can speak a bit of English. Room is huge and clean with a private toilet and a kitchen area with a microwave. Surrounding area is very quiet and scenary is very beautiful. Got free parking. Onsen is fantastic too. We can use the onsen one more time even though we have checked out at 10am. Got free coffee. Overall, recommended if you visit Tsuchiyu, Fukushima.
GGuest UserAlthough it is old, the room is large and the price is reasonable near the station. The station and convenience store are also nearby, so you can go out to eat around the station. The parking lot was large and free, and the customer service was polite and I was impressed, so I used it again this time following June. It's not that big, but there is also a large communal bath. However, the usage time is short at 17:00 ~ 22:00 (night only), so I'm glad that it can be used early in the morning. The restaurant Kaede's petit course in the hotel was quite delicious, reasonably priced and good.
I stayed for a month in this hostel which has the friendliest and nicest owner who has lots of good recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The dormitory 'capsule' was very generously sized and had sturdy wooden walls to give you more privacy than a simple bunk bed would and the entrance to it was covered by a little curtain. It had a little nightstand and lamp with a wireless charging option in it, the pillow was comfy and the duvet warm and if that wasn't enough to keep you warm (there *is* aircon in the room but someone has to put it on and other guests didn't always realize that), there's a heated mattress pad which I absolutely loved. Common areas on the second floor included bathrooms and toilets which were cleaned daily and were in an excellent condition, a little washing up area with sinks, a small fridge and a microwave and some toiletries such as earplugs, face wash, oil and even sanitary napkins if I saw correctly. Very considerate if you ask me, even if I didn't need any myself since I am a guy :D Second floor also had washing machines and dryers you could use for a small fee, plus a small area for eating and sitting in. The second floor's common areas were quite cold in march still since they're not heated, as is usually the case in japanese buildings, but if you wanted to spend time outside of the bedroom the lounge/diner area on the first floor was open in the evenings from 4pm to 10pm or a bit later and sometimes during the day (that tended to vary a little). I spent many evenings chatting with the owner and other guests at the first floor lounge which was warm and nice to sit and hang out in. Owner will also prepare breakfast and/or other meals upon request, I didn't eat breakfast there since I had to leave to work so early but saw him make them for other guests and the french toasts looked absolutely mouthwatering. Also got to taste some freshly baked breads one of the employees was practicing making, would definitely recommend trying if they start selling them! Location-wise La Union is perfectly situated, close to the station and in the middle of an area that's shock-full of little izakayas and shops. Closest restaurants are literally across the street and there's at least two convenience stores within a minute's walk and a very affordable co-op supermarket maybe a 5min walk away. And if you want to go somewhere a bit further away, you can always rent a bike from the hostel since they've got brand new electric bikes which are very handy if you want to go to places like the hanamiyama which is a bit far from the station by foot and don't want to be tied to bus schedules (or just want to go at 6am when busses aren't really operating yet like I did). Apparently they also rent tents and other camping equipment! All in all I would definitely go back again if I went to Fukushima, the hostel is definitely worth the (very affordable) price.
Mmaki0812We used it in a baby pack. I think it was a good space for two children + one adult. It was a pity that the room smelled dry from the bathroom curtain. The laundry room was not crowded and easy to use. It was very safe that the new corona virus alcohol was everywhere. The children stayed in the room when adults used laundry, but it was inconvenient to have to pull out the room card. It was good that there were two room cards.
GGuest UserThe station and convenience store were close and convenient location.
I went to the front desk to listen to the tavern where I could eat the ground, but it was a pretty good shop.
If you can stay here at this price hotel, there is no reason to reduce 😊.
Thank you for your attention!
