Excellent service! I made a mistake in stating our requests for 2A1C, as our boy was fifteen. Yet, while checking into the fully booked hotel, the reception managed to help us solve that. Kudos to the management and excellent service. Breakfast was excellent, too! Will definitely come back on our next visit.

Pro: The location was great, with short walking distance to subways, Tenjin underground mall, and lots of eateries. Staff speaks relatively good English and was very helpful. Con: Room size was average but manageable with 2 large suitcases. There is no driveway in front of the hotel for cars to unload the luggage. The road in front of the hotel was a narrow 2-way, so we had some difficulty unloading.

The hotel situated at a prime location and a short walking distance to tenjin station, and easy to reach. All the hotel staff possessed good service attitude and helpful. The breakfast and environment inside the cafe is also good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in the future.

Excellent location with several yatai stalls by the hotel. On the quieter end of Nakasu. Stayed in a King bed with a river view. Room is small (average by Japanese standards), but cozy layout and thoughtful design and ambience. Excellent lounge area with free popsicles and coffee. Would definitely come back here again!

It was very good for the price. The room was large for a business hotel and the toilet and bus were very beautiful because it was renewed! And, the desk was large enough, so it is recommended for those who work and study. The response of the person at the front desk was good. Because it is a night stay, the meal is unrated. And the special thing was that the check-out was extended and it was very helpful. Of course, it was paid, but it was a 1000 yen chute per hour, so I was able to spend slowly until the meeting time. The price of the vending machine liquor was also affordable. The location is also a few minutes walk from Tenjin Minami Station. There is also a convenience store right in front of you. From here, I didn't affect the evaluation point by my personal impression, but I didn't feel excited for somehow. It is difficult to explain about this area, but if it is the same price, it is better to Toyoko inn (Hakata was not empty, so I can't compare it. .)? However, the check-in extension was really helpful because the price was clear and very good !!

We used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. The meal was finished outside, so there is no restaurant use. It is a new hotel, so it is a comfortable and clean hotel. The Montreal Group also used in Osaka, but I am satisfied with the overall. Not flashy, but no problem with the minimum service, not more than necessary.

Simple hotel, room is tiny and you don't have much control over the AC temperature. Beds are comfortable, free Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast is a set menu, 3 different options available, being 2 Japanese and 1 western style, food was not bad. Location is handy, in front of the river and 400m away from Hakata Kawabata subway station.

Pretty much your standard clean and efficient Japanese hotel with professional customer service and spacious rooms. I stayed in the renovated tower which was modern and with all the basic amenities. Hotel is conveniently located in front of a major bus stop which you can take to the main attraction areas if you don't feel like walking (15-20min) There is a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby which serves delicious Japanese style hamburger steaks, ate there 2x during my stay. There are also many food options ranging from gourmet pizza to local hole in the wall ramen shops around the hotel.

Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.) Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay. The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare. The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed. Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to ”defrost” and clean up before heading up to sleep. Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay. This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Fukuoka.

하카다역 인근이라 접근성이 좋고 백화점 등이 많은 곳이라 생활용품, 음료수 및 음식 등을 쉽게 구입할 수 있었습니다. 종업원들은 친절했으며 요청사항에 대해서도 신속하게 응해주었습니다. 호텔시설은 평범한 수준이었으나, 욕실이 너무 좁아서 욕조에서 샤워하는데도 불편했습니다. 그리고 식당이 별도로 있는 것이 아니고, 호텔 1층에 일본식 술집(이자카야?)인 듯한 곳에서 아침식사를 했습니다. 메뉴도 뷔페식이 아니고 준비된 간단한 일본 가정식(?)이 제공되었습니다.
