The location was good.

The kids loved it so much. Both the water park and Innifini Pool were nice because they were heated pools. Two families of four booked two family ocean view rooms, and it was nice to have a jacuzzi. The view from the terrace was amazing, and the room was spacious, but if I had to point out one thing that was disappointing, it would be that there was only one bathroom. Still, I promised to stay two nights next time and come back with the kids. The kids were a little disappointed with the breakfast, perhaps because they had high expectations because it was a famous breakfast restaurant. I think the buffet at Swan Dor Resort in Nha Trang was the best.

The location is good, but the cleanliness is really disappointing. There's a lot of dust on the window frame. Haha. Other than that, everything else is pretty good. It's just that the price is a bit expensive. I should have taken a picture of the dust.

I couldn't sleep. But why is accommodation so expensive? I don't want to go a second time.

If you encounter problems, there is no front desk to assist. 2. The drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, and water sometimes backs up outside the bathroom. 3. The Wi-Fi is very slow, and you can only watch YouTube at 480P at night. 4. The indoor temperature is difficult to adjust, the heater is too warm and the temperature cannot be lowered. 5. There is basically no view at all. There is only one window in the room, but the wall facing another building is airtight. 6. I stayed there for 5 days and no one cleaned it. I don’t know if it’s normal. However, because no one was cleaning up the garbage, garbage accumulated indoors and no garbage bags were provided. The toilet also started to get dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. Conclusion: Only the location is good and the price-performance ratio is average.

But it will be more troublesome for some elderly people who do not know how to operate computers. The instructions at the door are not clear, and even the nearby 7-11 does not know where the hotel is. I can generally score 3 points.
