Love the hospitality and the welcome drinks! The hotel also gave us a lucky draw wow upon reaching the hotel, wow !

I had checked the reviews so I expected it to be a bit difficult, but I still had a hard time checking...but the instructions were easy to understand and the problem wasn't difficult to solve. When I entered the room, I was bothered by a moldy smell coming from the shower curtain, but the air purifier and air conditioner were on so I didn't have to worry about it. The stains on the walls were noticeable so I think they should have taken some measures to prevent it from feeling strange. I think the location is great ^_^ I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The room is not bad, but the toilet infrastructure is old, such as the toilet sink. It is a bit far from the subway station, but the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It is a bit dark at night. The hotel adopts the method of cleaning every other day, and daily necessities are picked up by yourself.

I used this hotel when I traveled to Enoshima and Kamakura. It's just a 10-minute walk from Fujisawa Station! When I entered the room, there was a slight smell of cigarettes, but they quickly and willingly changed my room.

The room was very clean, the front desk was very polite and the instructions were very clear, the soundproofing was very good, but the bed in the next room was movable, and the bed in the room was shaking, which was really embarrassing

The service was very good. I came to store my suitcase in the morning and confirmed the room number directly. When I came back to get the room card, the suitcase had been delivered to the room. The hotel is next to the river and very quiet. The only two disadvantages are: 1. The room air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted 2. The quilt has a salty smell, the smell of the sea (

The rooms were capsule-type, and each person had their own TV in a small space, which was interesting. Because it was an old building, the room felt a bit dusty, but the staff were all kind. The welcome drink was barley tea, coffee, and black tea, all of which were unlimited.

The front desk staff speaks very good English and can communicate smoothly. They also upgraded us to a larger room for free with complete facilities.

The hotel is centrally located near restaurants and eateries but the rooms are a bit cramped and smell a bit bad. The staff are not very friendly.

Overall it's OK. There is a convenience store about 200 meters away. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Fujisawa Station.

The hotel does not have a parking lot. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel, but it is often full. If self-driving travelers need to take pictures farther away, This time I stayed in the hotel's special capsule  room, which generally feels noisy. You can try it for one night. If you cook for more than two nights, it is not recommended. The hotel room is more hygienic than expected.
