Really enjoyed the spacious room and being on top of a metro station with direct trains to Shibuya. Great to have a kitchen and nice view of the harbour. It does take a bit longer to Tokyo but good to avoid the crowds and get to spend more time in Yokohama. Walking distance to Chinatown (although the food there isn’t great) and to Red Brickhouse. Does get busy with the cruise goers so be prepared for longer wait times for check-in and check-out and for elevators. Minor point but there’s nowhere for taxi to stop out front, a bit of hassle if carrying large luggage.

The Intercontinental Yokohama Pier 8 is part of the Cruise Terminal Complex ”Yokohama Hammerhead”. If you are familiar with Cup Noodle museum, then it's right behind it. It's also a short 10 minute walk from the other Intercontinental: Yokohama Grand. The closest stations for both these hotels is the Minatomirai station on the Minatomirai line. If you are coming by JR, the closet station is Sakuragi-cho on the Keihin-Touhoku line and from there about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Yokohama Grand and a further 10 minutes to Pier 8. From the Hammerhead, you can clearly see the iconic fin shaped Intercontinental Yokohama Grand. It's in a good location with shops and restaurants in Yokohama Hammerhead, Marine & Walk and the famous Red Brick warehouse. The hotel is a rectangle building with an open area in the middle (garden) of the building from level 3. The ”outside” rooms are the City and Bay View rooms while the ”inside” rooms are the Garden View rooms. There's also a rooftop garden where you have a great view overlooking the bay and can just sit and relax in the sun. The staff were exceptional and the rooms amazing. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Hotel Indigo was recommended to us by a co-worker. She raved about how much she enjoy her stay, so we decided to visit for our Anniversary. We loved everything about this hotel from check in to check out, everything was amazing. The hotel staff always made us feel welcome, by greeting us (by name most of the time) whenever we were out and about in the hotel. Hannah checked us in. She was nice and provided us with information about the area. We had the breakfast included in our stay. The restaurant manager Koji-san was awesome. While not a picky eater, I do like my eggs cooked a certain way...lol.. On the first day of breakfast, my eggs were not cooked to my liking. When my plate was taken, Koji-san noticed that I did not eat my eggs. He immediately came to our table and inquired about the eggs. I told him that they were too soft for me. He apologized and asked if I had enough to eat and said that he would like to try again the next morning. I thought this was such a kind gesture. For the next 4 days, my eggs were cooked exactly how I like them. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It is a bit pricey, but the chef is very good. The salmon and asparagus were my favorites. Our anniversary was on the 22nd and we received a call from the front desk asking if they could bring us a gift for our anniversary. They brought us an assortment of sweet treats, which we enjoyed with a cup of tea. Very sweet. Our room was spacious, clean with the perfect temperature. The television was the largest that I have seen a Japanese hotel. Our room was on the riverside with a private outdoor onsen. While relaxing in the onsen, you can hear the calming sounds of the river. There is also a foot soak in the garden area. it was a bit to cold outside for me, so I didn't get to enjoy it on this stay. The hotel was cleaned thoroughly and safety precautions were taken. All of staff wore masks and for breakfast, we were provided with gloves to get continental items from the buffet. All tables were wiped down immediately after a party left and were socially distanced. The hotel is in close proximity to just about everything. During our 5 day stay, we visited The Open Air Museum, the Venetian Glass Garden, Gora Park, and The Red Gate of Peace. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next stay in the Spring.

Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!

Overall was okay experience. The only thing that bothers is the laundry room. There are so many Chinese ********* or middle Eastern people make a mess after washing. Things like putting tissue inside the washing machine and taking off other people clothes without consent before the owner comes back to pick up their washed clothes.

Outstanding
Ssumomo_eveI stayed at the time of my trip to Enoshima. I thought it was a new and quiet resort hotel when I saw the hotel site, but the location was along the national highway, and the parking lot and the room were made rather than the resort hotel 々 was a love hotel? It was the impression. Later, I looked at it, and it seems that it was renovated that it was a love hotel. So I think it is for couples rather than for families. There is also an active love hotel next door. . But the interior is clean and comfortable! The front desk and lobby are not large, but the staff are polite, quiet and bright. I had juice and beer with a welcome drink. There is only a former love hotel, the bed is large, the bath is large, the jacuzzi is attached, and the amenities and indoor facilities are also substantial. There were coffee makers and aroma flavor machines. Just next to the hotel is moss burger, a few minutes walk to MacDonald and French food, and if you look for it, there seem to be several other restaurants. There is no restaurant in the hotel and only breakfast. We entered the tavern we found walking nearby at night and used MacDonald in the morning. I thought it would be a little cheaper because it was different from the resort hotel I imagined. But I think the location and interior are good, so I think it is an ant for couples and friends.
GGuest UserBefore the Tokyo Olympics, there were several hotels around Fujisawa Station. It is one of the hotels that opened at that time. The location is not bad. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station Rotary (even if the traffic light waiting is long). 24 7-Eleven on the 1st floor of the hotel, Gust, Shabu-Ya, a family restaurant, enters the second floor. The front desk of the hotel is on the 4th floor. Rooms are on the 5th to 13th floors. The gown is located in the elevator lobby on each floor. Other amenities are on the side of the front desk on the 4th floor, which is the style you bring yourself. The room is very simple (compliment), there is no step between the guest room and the unit bath, and the toilet space. There is a Japanese outlet and a USB-A jack beside the bed. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a wired LAN and LAN cables are always available in the room. The TV is not an online TV, but since the TV comes out positively, I was able to use the Amazon stick I brought in using the vacant HDMI on the back of the TV. The room is recommended on the sea side. On the mountain side, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the room (the outdoor unit of the sea side room is also integrated on the mountain side) is outside the window, and the visibility is a little poor. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th and 11th floors. The washing machine is 300 yen per time for detergent and fabric softener automatic insertion type, and the dryer is 100 yen for 30 minutes. There is no money exchange machine for 100 yen cash coins, so if you don't have any coins, you need to exchange money at the front desk. There were microwave ovens and juice vending machines and ice machines on the 12th floor, but I didn't use them. Breakfast is available on the 4th floor with a dedicated space and 40 items Vikings are available at 7:00 〜 10:00 for adults 1,100 yen and children 550 yen. I didn't use it. By the way, there are also Yoshinoya, Matsuya, McDonald's and Fuji soba nearby. The impression I stayed at is that it is very comfortable and normal. I think it is a hotel that can be used in 々 scenes such as sightseeing bases and business trips in Shonan area.
ヤヤマさんThe water supply of the unit bus is good, but I was more happy when there was a ”STOP” between the shower and the faucet! We used eco cleaning once. 500CC mineral water, saved! Coin laundry was also equipped and saved!
Lluvento2005Toyoko Inn on the track side 5〜6 minutes walk from the north exit of Fujisawa Station. I made a membership card this year and made an experience stay. Twin and double are the same amount 8000 yen, so you choose twin and still have a new building, so you have a feeling of cleanliness. It is also good because there is a breakfast buffet.
SshiroikumasanIt's a little inconvenient that it's a little far from the station and there are few shops nearby (there is a 7-Eleven across the river), but I think it's a calm stay. The room was on the website that it was invited to a Western-style building in Kamakura, but it may be more like a private house room than a hotel room. It is a simple interior with a warm wooden interior. It was a pity that the windows were a little shabby, including the curtains. I think breakfast is a feature here. There is also delicious bread at the salad and soup bar. There is also curry. I was worried that it was not enough compared to the Japanese and Western buffets, but all of them were very delicious and it was a breakfast that made me feel happy as I ate. The next day was the same menu, but the person who stayed for a long time had a quiche service and was very satisfied.
GGuest UserIt is very close to Fujisawa station with very reasonable price. Room was a bit small but that's understandable with the price and they will keep your luggages if you arrive their earlier than check-in time. I recommend this place and will stay here again if I plan to visit Kamakura again.
GGuest UserIt was a new and clean building. It's not in front of the station, but I don't think it's hard to understand. The room was easy to spend and excellent. When I entered the security space in front of the front desk, I could always get amenities and drinks, and the ice machine was here. I felt that this system was very convenient. It was close to the station and it was attractive to be able to eat dinner and breakfast on the hotel floor. It was a plan with half board, and I was satisfied with choosing the king on the same floor as the front desk for dinner. However, the town of Fujisawa had the impression that there were not many restaurants and few choices.
SSylvia_xuyuanThe double room is very small, and the large suitcase cannot be opened. However, it is small but complete. Toiletries can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor. There are refrigerators, TVs, washing machines, and air conditioners. Mineral water is only provided from the second day of consecutive stays. Cleaning is done every day, which deserves praise! Although there is no breakfast, the public bath hot spring is very good. Female guests are on the 7th floor and male guests are on the 8th floor. The hotel is in a good location, close to Fujisawa Station and the starting station of the Eno Line, about 5-8 minutes walk. There are abundant restaurants around, and they are open until late. There is a convenience store diagonally opposite, and the Huatang shopping mall is next to it. It is also a 3-minute walk from Don Quixote.
Mmango0906We used it for the light up of enoshima ”Shonan no jewel” and the next day's sightseeing in Kamakura. The room was described as 12 ㎡, but it did not feel unexpectedly narrow, and it was comfortable and comfortable with a compact but easy to use layout. It is a nice idea to have your favorite pillow in the room at the front desk. There is no waste amenities and it is a great effort and it is headed down. It is no problem if you take a receipt written on your smartphone because it opens with a password number instead of a card key. And the saxophone baked as the word of mouth is very delicious, and there is a menu of sirass warm gyokudon, salad, and side dishes, and it is great to be able to do it for free. 2F The bath in the bath can also be grasped of the vacant situation, so it was slow and the body was warmed. I want to make this a repeat inn to go on the Toyoko inn. It was a full score if I could use ice making machines and drink bars in the dining room for time other than breakfast.
PPekopoko1The location is convenient along the road from enoden station to enoshima. There are also many places to eat nearby and it is a good location. It is the first time to stay at the guest house. It was a stay of a scratch. The room was a 6-person room with a two-stage bed 3 in a female-only bantley. It seemed that the room was sleeping from the bright side, and it was inconvenient because it was not able to talk with the accompanying person and the meeting was not able to remain. Also, the bed above was more than a night and was able to make a sound for a while or sleep at an early morning departure, so the earplug is necessary. It was good because the cafe space on the first floor was opened at night. (it is difficult to use a lot of people during business) It is a pity that there was no exchange with other guests and inn, and it was not possible to feel the goodness of the guest house rather than the hotel. There seems to be a room that can stay with a family, so I think I could enjoy it more without worrying. I wrote that the color 々 was not good, but I think it is only suitable for myself. There were several shower rooms and powder room toilets, and it was a full room day during the consecutive holiday, but I think it was easy to use.
