We hv a very nice experience to stay in Grand Fuji Hotel. Excellent environment and location. All staff are very helpful. Even this is an old style hotel but still kept very cleanliness and facilities all in good condition. Highly recommend to stay in.

Near to the Mt Fuji Shinkansen. But if you are travel to the lake Fujikawaguchiko. It is very far it take 2hrs++ by train. Other than that hotel staff was very friendly and the front office staff able to speak English too. Having a Good breakfast. We are able to view the Mt Fuji from the hotel rooftop. Room was very big. Unfortunately, mineral water in the room are chargeable. Most of the hotel are free.

After reading other reviews, I booked a stay that included dinner. The dinner was exquisite and the tableware looked quite high-end. We had a rich and well-serviced dinner, after which we enjoyed the delicious cakes we had ordered the day before. The breakfast the next morning was also very rich and delicious. We will stay again.

The location is very good, close to the station, the hotel is clean and sanitary, the environment is elegant, and if the weather is fine, you can see the beautiful view of Mount Fuji on the top floor.

The room is big, the front desk speaks good English and provides warm service. Turn right when you leave the hotel and go up the bridge to see the scenery of Mount Fuji. It is very close to the train station and surrounded by residential houses. It is very quiet and cost-effective.

When I booked the room, I thought I could see Mount Fuji from the pictures on the website, but when I got there, I found that I couldn't. The room was small, but clean. The hotel staff was polite, and there was a postcard of Mount Fuji in the room. Unfortunately, I have been back for a month, but I haven't received the postcard I asked the hotel front desk to send. I should have sent it directly from the post office.

It's about a 10-minute walk, not too far. The hotel is clean and tidy, and there is a set meal of 3 choices for dinner. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and it seems to be seriously affected by the economy. About 2/3 of the shops are closed.

The room is clean, the front desk is friendly, English is fluent, and the stay experience is very good. There is also free parking. 🅿️

It was cloudy on the day we arrived and we couldn't see Mt. Fuji, but we were thrilled to see the beautiful Mt. Fuji from our window the next morning! (Mountain view room) There were no non-smoking rooms available, so we booked a smoking room, expecting it to smell, but we didn't notice any smell at all. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly. The Western-style breakfast was also very delicious. (It was a bit disappointing that the table we were assigned to was right in front of a pillar.) Next time, we'd like to eat dinner at the restaurant as well.

Tatami, the breakfast waiter is very elegant, there is a hot spring nearby for 900 yen and it is very comfortable

We are an elderly couple traveling, and the service is very good. The hotel front desk staff speaks good English, which is rare in Japan. Breakfast is a set menu and is delicious. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was good and the price was reasonable. You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel's rooftop terrace. I really like it. Overall, very satisfied. The hotel is cheap and good! The hotel does not provide bottled water and disposable slippers.
