The location is good, just 50 meters walk from the station exit, the hygiene level is average, the room size is normal, there are no convenience stores and places to eat around, but the service is indeed questionable. It is okay to check out before 10 o'clock, which is common in Japan, but the luggage storage after check-out is only allowed until 12 noon, so what is the point of this luggage storage? I asked if I could pick it up around 5 pm, and the front desk used a translation machine to say that there were guests checking in later so it was not possible, and suggested to store it at the station, but Fuji Station is a small station, and the lockers cannot fit even a 24-inch suitcase, which caused a whole day's trip to be delayed and had to change. I have stayed in so many hotels in Japan, and this is the first time I have seen such a hotel that does not allow luggage storage. I am speechless.
