Good location for those who don't want to stay in the middle of the city. In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, near a University. Parking needs to reserve beforehand as it was very limited.

My favourite hotel when I visit Freiburg.. the room is big and clean, I will come back again..

Big clean room with comfortable bed. Location was good especially if you have a car.

This must be the worst hotel experience in the 21-day European trip. Parking: We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. The front desk was a Chinese-American with short hair. She didn't tell us about the hotel parking space. She pointed to two roads and said that we could park for free at night. We drove around for about 30 minutes and there was no parking space. We went back to ask her about the paid parking place near the hotel, and she said she didn't know. I'm curious how long she has been working in the hotel? I didn't know how there could be free parking spaces on the roadside at night... I was speechless and had to find another place by myself, which was about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The experience was very bad (the next day we found a large high-rise parking lot diagonally opposite the hotel, and I guess you can pay to park there) Service: Service is also a highlight. According to Ctrip, the hotel introduction provides 24-hour service + five languages ​​(after all, it is a 4-star hotel. It was already 11:30pm when we got back, and it took a total of 1.5 hours to park. At this time, *** was about to get off work). There was also a black guy at the front desk. The guy could only understand 5% of English. I said that we booked a double bed room and needed to separate the two beds (European rooms basically have two beds together, but they are actually very easy to separate). *** next to him said that because we arrived too late and did not request it in advance, there was no one to do housekeeping... So what should I do? We had to separate the beds by ourselves. There was only a mattress on the other bed, not even sheets. Then we asked the black guy for it. The guy's service attitude was OK. Although he didn't understand English, he was willing to go back to the room with you to check. After checking, he knew we were missing sheets, so he brought them to us, but he was not responsible for any other services such as making the bed. Then I asked him for disposable slippers, toothbrushes, etc., but he didn't have any, so everyone has to bring everything by themselves. In summary: There is no service, don't book it, and the location is not advantageous.

The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very new, and the location is excellent. There are supermarkets and restaurants around! The front desk is also very friendly. It was a great stay! It's just that the parking fee of 19€ a day is a bit high! Overall, it can be recommended!
