Even though we contacted the hotel and wrote email because of the wrong booking, they didn’t even bother replying. Customers are nothing at all for them. Pity, the front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful though

This is really the best choice for a business trip to the exhibition. The DB station is just across the road, one stop to the exhibition, and one stop to the central station. There is free parking under the bridge next to it. The room facilities are very ordinary, basically equal to ibis, and the breakfast is also very simple , no laundry service, this is not good

Water was provided but no blotted opener was provided. No phone charger or usb connection, sheets appeared dirty and not fresh and were very old. No phone in room. No Refregator TV on side of room not allowing to watch from bed. Not happy with this room. They should return my money.

We were looking for an affordable hotel for one night that was close to the train station. This hotel worked out, but it was farther than I expected- about 1 mile. It was a clean and reasonably comfortable hotel.

The hotel seemed very new to us but the service was outstanding, the food is affordable and delicious, and if wasn't for this hotel, we would have had a bad time in Frankfurt. So thank you for the service and positive memory on our honeymoon Eurotrip.

It is a recently renovated hotel, clean and comfortable. However, they do not have enough staff and as a result, the service levels are well below an acceptable level. There was no kettle in the room and had to ask a couple of times to get it. The breakfast is a well-below acceptable standard. There is no buffet-style breakfast and instead, you have to request the staff for coffee to toast to everything. With only one staff serving many customers, it was frustrating to get the breakfast.

very new hotel, according to good condition; but some things are so new that they don't seem finished yet: no possibility to hang the towels in the bathroom; although there is tea and coffee for self-preparation in the room, but no kettle; Depending on the distance from the room to the railway tracks, you can hear the train traffic more or less clearly, Restaurant, bar, breakfast is somehow there, but not really busy and usable;

Good location for getting in and out of Frankfurt. Completely newly renovated and fresh. The fire alarm went off at 05:58, but it's good to know that that sort of thing works, even though this time it was a false alarm.
