Our Lean Luxury philosophy is all about stripping away the unnecessary and concentrating on the essentials: a central location, characterful design and high-quality fixtures and fittings for top-notch comfort with a touch of luxury. For example, items such as slippers and toothpaste are not provided in the rooms but can be purchased from the vending machine in our galley. We understand that the lack of an electric kettle in the room may be inconvenient for some guests, however, complimentary hot drinks are available in our galley.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Ruby Louise or one of our other hotels. It's very important to us that our guests feel comfortable when they stay with us, but we're sorry that we didn't live up to your expectations. However, if there's anything we can do to make your next stay more enjoyable, just ask one of our hosts. They say the best things come in small packages and we think that's true of our rooms. By keeping things compact, we can keep costs down and save you money on a city centre stay. Each room has everything you need, designed and finished to a high standard with no unnecessary extras. Our rates go up and down throughout the year depending on demand - which is often high around the holidays. But thanks to our Lean Luxury philosophy, our rates are still lower than other comparable hotels. If you'd like more space next time, our WOW and LOFT rooms are larger.
