We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel environment is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Our room was upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there was no deposit required, making the process even more convenient. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, adding to our comfort.

I'm not one to complain and the amenities were very nice. Our problems started when they cleaned the room on our first and subsequent days. The man cleaning smelt like cigarettes and left his muddy shoe prints all over the room. Pillow cases were not changed or cleaned and the bed was just simply made. When we had washing to be done the hotel said it will be done the same day and the washing was not done but we had to leave so we just took our dirty washing back. I loved the location and felt truly at peace if these things were addressed I'd rate this better than visiting Sanya. Loved the gardens and the pond with the bull frogs. If you come to the hotel there is a shop to buy mosquito spray. You will need the spray for the room as stray mosquitos get in but it's not a major issue.

Very good, well located, very clean, quiet. I really enjoyed my stay.

My kids loved it. Swimming pool was family friendly and breakfast was beyond amazing and we had a great time.

Hotel is very old. Pictures don't correspond to today reality. All the territory is uncared, dirty. Fontain is not working. Swimming pool is working till 10.30 in the morning.and then from 15.30!!!..how is is possible for resort hotel?. No sun bads at all. Changing rooms are ruined,dirty and full of mold. The hotel room was good same as the picture but we still got huge cockroaches inside. Restaurant was amazing... The best experience for the stay was our dinner.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the pool which was clean and big. We were shocked by the so called Western restaurant . First they didn’t let us in for dinner saying it was full. After complaining in the reception they asked us to wait for an hour or so until the other visitors leave. Then they served tasteless sweet pizza, a sweet soup which had nothing to do with Russian borchsh . The room wasnt clean at all. Dirty carpets, the bathroom was not clean too, old furniture. The wifi was disconnecting and was too slow.

Really nice rooms with comfortable and very clean bathroom. Unfortunately we didn't get to test the pool or other services. Food and drinks in the resort lobby, quick self-service laundry on the floor's common area.

Not bad experience

The room is clean and hygienic, the ladies and brothers at the front desk are very friendly, and the environment is beautiful. Nowadays, there are very few hotels with such a large back garden, and it is also very tidy, which is very surprising.

The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. There are a lot of green plants and no mosquitoes in the room, which is good. The room is also equipped with a dehumidifier. It rains a lot now, but the room doesn't feel too damp. Very good

The room was generally satisfactory, and the waiters were very enthusiastic. The environment was very good, and there were activities such as making rice dumplings that children could play, and the price was very reasonable, and they also gave us small desserts.

It's rare to find a hotel that doesn't charge extra during holidays, and there are also package options. The hotel also has a zongzi wrapping activity during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, and the children had a lot of fun. Overall it's good.

This hotel is very big, with beautiful environment and quiet. There is also a very large swimming pool, which is very comfortable to swim in, and there is also an indoor one. I like it very much and am satisfied. I recommend it.
