Old run down with poor facilities. My partner had to lift an disabled wheel chair user to his room on second floor as lift was broken. His mother couldnt manage to get him up the flights of stairs. Simply dangerous if there had have been a fire. Room was run down grab rails in shower were just rust. In the evening time the bar was often left unattended for long periods. We had to wait for a member of staff to return later before being able to get a drink.
