We are undergoing renovations from May 8, 2024. Novotel Florianópolis is ideal for an incredible stay in the city. Beautifully decorated rooms for couples, singles and families, with climate control and WiFi. The Santa Cucina Restaurant serves Italian dishes, the event room is great for lectures and coffee breaks, plus our recreational area with swimming pool, gym, and the Aya Spa with massage room.

In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.

It's ok, but not worth the money. There are better hotels around the area. Busy street, not quiet room. The details shows a very used / old hotel. The bed is comfortable. Nothing much. Ok hotel. Good breakfast, many options. Staff very helpful.

O local privilegiado. Junto a natureza, arvores, flores, piscina. Tudo muito especial. Limpeza dos quartos justa. Arrumação perfeita, roupas limpas. Banheiro reformado muito bom. Café da manha excelente. Atendimento nota 10. Áreas de jardins poderia ser um pouco mais cuidada (poda, cuidar melhor das flores). Restaurante: foi terceirizado para um senhor totalmente sem noção na questão do tratamento com clientes. Como temos muitas opções por perto, recomendo não usar o restaurante do hotel.

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel. I'm evaluating without check-out yet, but I liked the stay here. Room large, spacious bathroom with the box of the big shower, gas heating, warm water and very pressure. Breakfast with a lot of salty and sweet options. Free and covered parking costs 10,00. Great value of the day, we pay 270,00 with the ISS fee. A perfect hydromassage bathroom, academy with quality devices. We were received by Mr Eduardo from an incredible education and attention, my wife and I have been feeling customers for years, and that was only the first time we hosted here. The 5th star came due to the attention we gave, needed to go to the San José multi-use arena, the other Kennedy hotel is in front of the gym, Mr. Eduardo contacted the reception there and reported that he was asking for a vacation in the parking lot to leave the car without extra cost.

A large and cosy room, good bed, good bathroom and shower, pleasant balcony with balcony, air conditioning and freezer working and in good condition. A satisfactory location for the car owner. The location has a private parking. The hotel is a good hostel for people who like plants and animals, and despite the quality of the rooms, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the reception is not working 24 hours and breakfast is very much to be desired. I did not see fresh bread, only 3 options of bread shape, the cakes are served day by day and become well old, there are mosquitos putting in food, besides the bread and the cakes old, there is only offer of cooked egg, brunette and cheese. Only Sunday was the offer of salsic, and if it improved the breakfast and the presence of staff, it could be perfect.

After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

GGuest UserI stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

I book a chalé big mistake for the time .. summer kids noisy….. was me and my husband… change rooms after 3 days … when to their most expensive room.. 4th floor… Well I’m used if there is a coffee machine in the room the coffee it’s free.. well first room no coffee machine. Second on 4th floor room 401 … much more expensive …there was a coffee machine… first 2 coffees is a cortesia.. after that. You will have to pay for… Serious ?? All over the world if there is a coffee machine.. coffee is free from USA… to London.. or. Hong Kong ….

GGuest UserMy partner and I stayed here for four nights in March 2022. Overall we enjoyed the resort and may stay again. The resort has a nice fun pool in the centre of the complex along with good bar service. There is also plenty of space for kids to play. If you prefer the beach then there is direct access from the pool area and chairs and umbrellas from the resort and readily available at no extra cost. The staff were very helpful and responded to all our requests. We also received daily housekeeping which post-covid seems to be a luxury. Whilst the resort was very good it could easily have been even better. Our apartment (and others may be different) was in real need of some tender loving care, in particular the bathroom which was old and tatty. We were also provided with a wide range of tea and coffee pots, cups, saucers but nothing to actually make coffee or tea with! And yes, we asked…. The on-site restaurant is good value but not the best place to eat by a long shot. It’s handy being on site and is more than adequate but if you are staying more than a couple of days check out other local places. Finally if you have a need to connect with work or to be online during your stay make sure you have plenty of cellular data as the advertised wifi is truly awful. It frequently failed to connect, dropped the connection and was very slow. In fact it was next to useless. This is a nice place that you feel could be so much better with just a bit of effort.

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOThe only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out!

RRose TI chose this hotel to spend the holiday of 7/09 because I had already hosted it in an emergency and I thought it would be legal for more days to enjoy your comfort. There was water in the bathroom every night and every xixi was required to call at the reception. The disconnector is a signal of overload on the network and can cause fires beyond the disturbance, with no toilet shower in the bathroom or a mirror in the room. The hotel TBM allows guests to take a sound box to the pool, which was a hell for those who wanted to relax and rest. We had to hear high music of doubtful taste every day until 22:00, but it didn't stop there. After the 22:00 people were in the jacuzis speaking high and smoking narguilé, and the last night of my stay the people were up to 3 a.m. speaking high and taking the rest of ours. For me, it is no longer a family hotel, they do not impose rules on guests who do not know how to behave.

GGuest UserEstive hospedado na Pousada do Hotel Monteiro Canasvieiras na data de 09/12/2023 a 13/12/2023 por reserva feita e paga pelo site *******. Ao chegar no check in me disseram que minha estadia não estava paga. Como eu havia chegado de São paulo e perdido meu oculos para enxergar de perto no Uber em SP, não consegui localizar o recibo de quitação, mas mostrei o lançamento de pagamento na fatura do meu cartão e disseram que não era, fiquei acuado e fiz o pagamento no meu cartão de crédito. No dia 13/12 após o check out ao chegar na cidade de Penha / SC e fazer check in em outro Hotel, ja com oculos de perto comprado em farmácia, descobri que o Hotel de penha não estava pago, e que o Hotel Monteiro estava pago. Entrei em contato pelo whatsapp com o Hotel monteiro no dia 13/12 informando o caso, recebi a resposta para aguardar que passariam para o setor responsavel, ninguem me retornou, no dia 19/12 tentei ligar varias vezes no hotel, mandei mensagem novamente, responderam no dia 20/12 para ligar no telefone e conversar com o Sr Rodrigo. Fiz a ligação e me informaram que fariam a devolução por PIX no dia 26/12 e que eu precisaria aguardar o fluxo de devoluções, no dia 26/12 não fizeram a devolução e também não me ligaram. No dia 27/12 liguei novamente e o Sr Rodrigo me disse que por causa das festas de final de ano eu teria que aguardar até dia 29/12. Dia 29/12 não fizeram pagamento e não entraram em contato comigo. Dia 02/01/2024, liguei novamente e em contato com o Sr Rodrigo me informou que o PIX voltou, e conferiu meu cpf e disse que um nuero estava errado. PIX NÃO VOLTA, se tiver um numero errado ele não é enviado. Me exaltei no telefone porque sabia que estava sendo enrolado, disse ao Sr Rodrigo que eu estava com raiva da situação de estar sendo enganado e que aguardaria até o dia seguinte 03/01/2024, o Sr Rodrigo se exaltou, disse que eu era arrogante e não entendia de matemática e de Administração, e que ele sendo Advogado do Hotel dizia para mim que eu teria que aguardar a hora que eles fariam a devolução e que não era na hora que eu queria, por fim disse que no dia 03/01/2024 estaria feita a devolução, eu disse que aguardaria até este dia e que depois não faria mais contato. No dia 03/01/2024 as 18:54 hs da tarde o Sr Rodrigo me telefonou pedindo que eu enviasse o recibo de pagamento do ******* e minha fatura do cartão para comprovar o real desembolso, enviei pelo whatsapp as 19:01 hs, recebi resposta as 20:05 que me ja enviariam o comprovante do PIX. Não enviaram comprovante. GGuest UserThe hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.
