Hotel Glance in Florence Reviews

Excellent hotel & if we have the luxury of returning to beautiful Florence, we would gladly book here again! Very friendly and accommodating staff with very clean and well-appointed rooms. The breakfast is not only excellent, but a huge bonus and the lounge both inside and outside the breakfast buffet in addition to the beautiful outdoor deck upstairs on the 6th floor with an amazing pool & panoramic view of the city was wonderful to relax and enjoy. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of the city center, market and Duomo. Our family highly recommends the Glance Hotel!

This hotel was located right in the middle of all the action! The staff was awesome, the room was clean and had everything you needed. When I’m back in Florence I will stay at hotel Glance!

The location is very good, close to the train station, the city center, and the central market; The hotel is clean; The service is very thoughtful, and every question is answered. I was afraid that I would go out shopping and would not be able to check out in time, so I told the front desk staff about it. The front desk staff was very considerate and extended the time for free. When I went out, I found it was raining, and the front desk prepared umbrellas for guests to use, which was very considerate. The breakfast was also very good 👍. In short, I will consider this hotel again when I return to Florence.

The transportation is very convenient, it is a relatively modern hotel, but if it is Florence, I would like a more ancient hotel. There is nothing wrong with it, and the service is super good. It is 5 stars. It is a 7-minute walk from the train station and only 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore.

Very small. Air conditioner cannot be adjusted. Breakfast is delicious.

I liked it the first 2 nights, so I added 1 night, but basically, in a hotel, you have to wash the amenities/toilet paper, wine glasses, etc. if you used them, but they were the same for the entire 3 nights... I think this needs to be fixed. However, the desk staff is friendly.

This is the best hotel I have experienced traveling in Italy. Both the front desk service and hotel facilities are very satisfactory. For Chinese tourists, I think it is a customized service! It gives people a sense of belonging, and the view from the sixth floor terrace is also good. You can see the whole of Florence from the top of the building! Breakfast was also very good!

Because the hotel is close to the train station, you can walk directly to other attractions in Florence. But because of the design of the hotel, it is easy to walk there and it took some time to find the location. Overall, it is not bad.
