It was a great stay. The location is good. In half an hour, everything is in walking distance. The breakfast was good. The room was maintained, spacious, and clean. The only thing was that the room was not ready at 14:00, which was the promised check-in time. I had to wait till 14:45.

The room is okay, the breakfast is rich, but it's a bit remote. It's far away from Michelangelo Square and the Hall of Flowers. My legs are broken. There's no street view outside the window. It's too expensive.

1. The hotel is outside the ZTL exclusion zone, 2 km from Michelangelo Square and about 2 km from the Uffizi Gallery. It is also good to walk all the way and look at the street view.
2. There is free street parking in front of the hotel. You can see the parking spaces through the windows in the rooms facing the street so you can stay overnight.
3. The hotel looks like a family hotel, not very big, but the surroundings are also good and the breakfast is good too.

General satisfaction.

We deliberately returned to this hotel because we enjoyed staying here so much on our last visit to Florence.   We were not disappointed by our second stay. Very comfortable room, good breakfast and super friendly staff.  Just outside the centre of the city with lots of good local restaurants and well served by public transport.

It's a nice enough hotel, the room we had was quite spacious and clean. The bathroom however is quite small and for some reason the sink/vanity is outside of the bathroom in the main room?  The elevator is TINY but the stairs are quite wide, still not ideal for luggage. The breakfast was average. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main attractions which is convenient and it's easy to get to them, pretty much a straight line. I would stay here again, it does the job.
