The hotel is dated but the rooms have been refurbished nicely. Bathrooms are small. There’s a big fridge and the beds are comfy, the view and outlook aren’t the best but was cheap enough. The Wi-Fi isn’t very reliable and this also affects the tv channels.

The reception staff were always friendly, but the cleanliness of our room was lacking. We stayed in room 104, and while I appreciate that this is a pet-friendly hotel, we found hair on the bed, and the bathroom and toilet bowl had stains. When I travel, I expect to enjoy comfort and a clean environment. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I can say this was by far the dirtiest room we have encountered. Additionally, we didn't receive bottled water for making coffee, even though coffee facilities were provided. The walls were quite thin, and we could hear the television from the neighboring room at 2 a.m., which made the experience less than enjoyable. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very good, the location is easy to find, and the price is very suitable. It is very convenient to drive about an hour and a half from the hotel to the Grand Canyon National Park.
