Staybridge Suites Madison - Fitchburg Reviews

The property is nice enough but likely needs some updates. The beds are older, caved in. Dead bugs in drawers that aren’t often used. The management was the worst part. We’ve been coming here for years and the service has gotten worse over time. Nickle and dime every single thing, even when it’s their error.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would return! The staff were professional and helpful! The three areas for improvement is that the room should have been attended to daily (garbages emptied), we could hear people walking on the floor above us and the people adjacent to our room. Otherwise, the hotel and room were very nice, clean, comfortable, and our stay was great.

Great front desk easy check in, very helpful easy going environment room was clean we have stayed here a couple times before but this time the service was much better!!

Staybridge was a convenient location for a Madison sport’s event we were attending as well as two restaurants we wanted to dine at.

Beautiful facility, suites were spacious and quite comfortable. Only concern is that we were charged$40 for "incidentals" over the confirmed price and had to ask for that to be removed at checkout. Two days later the charge still appears on credit card statement. Hopefully this will be credited soon.

First time staying at this property and we would definitely stay here again. Very clean and quiet and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Stay was good, rooms quiet and decent sized. Only complaint breakfast was at 730am which was late for going to the farmers market and for hitting the road home. Overall no complaints.

Property was fine. A little far from UW. 17 minutes to center of campus.
