Great hotel, clean, good location and very friendly staff! They have renovated the hotel and the rooms, bed and bathroom are great. The hotel is very close to Brig, so you can walk to the main square in 5-10 minutes. We liked the staff. They helped us very well!

Recently renovated hotel. Entrance area very nicely designed. Rooms are small, have everything you need and are clean. Bathroom only separated with a sliding door, shower with frosted glass open to the room, unfortunately suboptimal. Shower clean, door very narrow. The room was extremely warm (a good 27 degrees), when we asked we were told that the heating was also new and difficult to adjust (rooms next to each other, the same heating system either very warm or very cold). Unfortunately, the window could not be opened completely for ventilation. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast with limited choice but good food. Butter machine top.

Vriendelijke persoonlijke bediening, lekker gevarieerd eten en zeer mooie ruime kamers. We kwamen binnen in de kamer en waren ongelooflijk verrast hoe stijlvol, gezellig en hip deze ingericht was. Zeker een aanrader en we komen nog terug!

Hôtel moderne dans la ville. Mais au calme quand même. Vue sur des immeubles et on voit un peu la montagne. Je n’aime pas la douche vitrée qui donne dans la chambre. La toilette est un moment intime pour moi. Le meuble vasque de la salle de bain est trop petit. Le miroir grossissant trop haut. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre. La literie est bonne. Parfum diffusé dans l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner complet dans une grande salle très claire. Restaurant très bien. Le personnel est très aimable.

Les chambres sont joliment aménagées sobre et élégant. La nourriture du restaurant est excellente. Le personnel très gentil et serviable. Même très attentionné les serveurs du restaurant. Seul gros défaut que nous avons rencontrer est que nous étions dans la chambre au dessus du restaurant (numéro 107) et avec la musique et les basses c’est EXTRÊMEMENT FORT dans la chambre. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit demander une chambre au calme car impossible de dormir tant que ça ne s’arrête pas.
