Out of our week in Morocco this was the worst Riad we stayed at. The room was ok however the bathroom was awful. The shower handle was rusty and had flies in it. There was a leak from the roof when it was raining that came into the bathroom floor. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Dirty cups and napkins. They didn’t even clean our room and we still have our used towels that weren’t changed. Had to ask for my toilet paper cause they didn’t come to clean the room. We couldn’t wait to get out.

The worst location I've ever seen. Dirty dirty dirty and one more time dirty. We got a room with crumbles on the table and leftovers (probably from the previous guests). The towels were Grey (intended to be white), with a heavy dirty smell, the door was badly opening and the windows was not closing. We decided to leave in the same day, as this is almost not human

Very old very traditional riad in good location but could do with refurbishment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable beds. Lots of steps if not on ground floor therefore would not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Roof terrace has great views of Fez. Felt dark but cool didn’t use AC

Why did we go here ? 55 euros and the food was basic, 25cl (small) beers were 5 euro, entertainment was equivalent of a primary school produced show. The unprofessional performers even tried to get tips . The musicians were engrossed with their phone more than playing instruments. No atmosphere, no value, no quality - Don’t go 😖

Very beautiful Riad! The palace is very beautiful and very large. It really makes you want to stay in the central rooms all day! It’s a very nice oriental atmosphere, with little noise. It also includes a swimming pool which looks very pleasant for the summer! The staff is very welcoming and warm, always attentive. The hotel rooms are very beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

Beautiful, richly decorated Ryad. Very pleasant for the common areas. Rooms (2 used) decorated, large but with little natural light and little soundproofing. Correct bedding. Questionable hygiene because the cleaning is too imperfect. Obsolete furniture and equipment. Strong point: Kindness of the staff (genuinely pleasant waitress) and quality of welcome. The breakfast is nice. Weak point: price of the night package per person (tourist tax??) double that announced by the tour operator (50 dma or around 5 euros), already criticized in other reviews.

A majestic Riad. Very clean bedding, good and plentiful breakfast, quality welcome. Family management. Meals available on site. A little out of the way but the taxi is very cheap. We were very well received. Many thanks for the quality of your welcome.

Al Firdaous Palace It’s an incredible place! I went there recently and loved every moment. The palace is magnificent, with breathtaking traditional Moroccan architecture. The staff are very welcoming and attentive, they really made my stay memorable. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, offering a luxurious ambiance. And let's not talk about the food! The meals were delicious, with a wide variety of tasty Moroccan dishes. Additionally, the location of the palace is ideal, offering stunning views of the Fez medina. I highly recommend the Al Firdaous Palace for an unforgettable stay in Fez

The first day we arrive, the Riad is full, they send us to the one next to them, the next day they give us a very large room with 3 beds, each with a more uncomfortable mattress...one double and two 90... TV without signal, bathroom with low ceilings...we ordered breakfast to take away because the next day we got up early and nothing, they forget. They don't speak English, only French. good breakfast and location

The Ryad is very beautiful even if a little dark and poorly located. On the other hand, it is for the tourist tax that there is a problem. In theory it is 25 MAD per person per day. There were two of us and we stayed 2 days, I had to pay 200 MAD in cash of course; not possible to pay by credit card. Should I point out that they did not want to provide me with an invoice! Breakfast is served to you by someone in pajamas! We weren't in a palace but still! Also note the insecurity of the surrounding area. In short, you are surrounded by people who are only there for your MAD.

We were poorly received as soon as we arrived at the palace, long wait in front of the medina for the transfer to the hotel, only to be greeted in the end by the night watchman of the hotel, dark room, even during the day, smell of confinement , shower without door like most of the rooms reported on site by tourists, shower towels not changed throughout the duration of our stay, no cleaning done even when you stay several nights, staff not very correct, be careful about paying the tax, because a false invoice, the lady charged us 300 MAD for 3 nights is equivalent to 100 MAD per night for 2 Persians while the tax in Morocco is 25 MAD per person. This is what we paid during our tour in the other Riads in Marrakech and Rabat. Palaces to avoid

Fortunately the staff are charming. Very out of the way area, room difficult to access, no opening to the outside. Very poorly soundproofed. Obsolete, dangerous electrical system, electric radiator lying around in the room. Sanitary facilities not clean.

No comment!! Here are photos of what awaits you Old Riad with endless mold Disgusting little djn I booked based on the reviews but I think the reviews are made by themselves Don't go there it's a old dirty place no maintenance Only positive point the cleaning lady The owner would benefit from closing it and doing work It's the riad of horror everything is dark the owner himself is taciturn!! My son refused to take the shower there because it was so dirty!! Brief ?!!!
