衞生:主體衞生還是不錯的，但是比如床鋪背牆和背牆上射燈灰塵集聚可以明顯看到；
環境:環境一般，窗外是大馬路，比較吵鬧，房間與房間之間隔音效果不是很好，實際應該是2樓，居住給人的感覺是負一樓的感覺，夾在下馬路與上馬路之間；
服務:服務還算不錯，就是起來太早了熱水供應有點小問題，熱水早上六點之後才能供應；
設施:內部條件是相對比較陳舊的，畢竟那麼多年了。
以上為個人居住房間真實評價，僅代表個人居住房間不代表其他房間也是如此。

房間空調噪音太大了，根本沒法入睡。本來訂的標間，結果到達説沒有，換了兩個單間。奉節這個地方體驗感太差了，來了一次就不想來第二次

訂好了房型，十一二點到店無房，服務員要我退了訂別家酒店，我不願意，很晚了訂不着了都而且可累了，服務員沒辦法給我們找了個標間住了，態度可差了，還不理人，前台電話一直佔線。印象可不好了，以後不會再來這家店了，而且花灑還是壞的，晚上有人打麻將，説話聲音可清晰了。早上老早就有小孩大人在門口吵吵鬧鬧吆喝來吆喝去跑來跑去。印象太差了。
