Amazing time away the room was nice for the money we paid The receptionist was lovely and very friendly Exmouth is a lovely place to visit will definitely come back

Check-in was easy. Room was clean and tidy.Check-out was easy. All staff were super friendly except for one elderly lady at reception desk who made me feel like I owed her something. Would recommend this location

This hotel is only royal hotel in Exmouth perfect location near escaplande it has it ownn private garden for drinks and relaxation It you like to stay in back dated themed hotel staff is very friendly my stay was good value for money

Nice little traditional hotel close to town. Service was very polite and professional.

The bed is clean and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the wifi is slow. The windows can be opened and provide a good view of Holy Trinity Church and the mouth of the River Exe. It's close to the city center. The front desk was friendly and helped us check in in advance.

For a family wedding. The staff were friendly, made me feel very welcome. Room comfortable. I’d book again.

For value for money it was exceptional. Staff were fantastic and view was magnificent. Hotel is a bit dated and tired and with a bit of tlc could be perfect. Great location and dogs welcome . I would recommend this hotel and definitely would stay again.

Central to beach & town. Plenty to do for a short break. Restaurant not open for evening meal. Altogether a pleasant stay.

A very friendly welcoming hotel. Being refurbished. Had to request the heating to be turned on in the room as it didn't come on automatically. The staff came and assisted us straight away. Lovely hot water. Fluffy towels . Comfortable beds. Was given a free upgraded twin bedroom with a sea view. Very grateful. Will return at some point.

Rooms with no view, no information about parking when booking - nearly got caught out and then had to pay. Light outside the room very bright.

Due to mobility issues the parking was the worst I've known.the hotel is up hill so walking a distance to a car park was impossible for me.apart from this staff absolutely brilliant.view from our room stunning.

Finally settled on a hotel when I stay in Exmouth after myriad nomadic visits going back many years. Staff are always good though rarely see a familiar face from visit to visit. Will stay next time too.

Room was clean and in good condition, although dated in todays terms, but had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Free parking outside hotel but can book for private parking if happy to pay a surcharge. I had sea views and only 2 minutes walk to beach. Breakfast was excellent and all staff helpful and polite. Very happy for a budget conscious stay.
