The beautiful nature surroundings and the quietness are breathtaking. Each detail and corner has an amazing surprise for the eyes. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. A wonderful place for a getaway and rest.

The reality of the hotel is different from what we found. Ecork is in the rehabilitation phase, so the photos available on the website do not reflect the state of degradation in which it finds itself. The expectation was much better than the reality. Although the pool, spa and surroundings are welcoming, there is, for example, no working pool bar. The internet in the room was non-existent or weak. The beds are comfortable and there is silence. As it is a sustainable hotel, with water recovery, hot water takes some time to appear in the taps.

The rooms could be better, with better cleaning. The outdoor pools are incredible, the temperature of the indoor pool could be higher, the sauna and Turkish bath are ok.

The hotel has a different concept than usual! With individual suites, as if they were igloos, it gives the feeling of being isolated from all the other guests! It's quite reserved and great for a few days of rest and dating! It was our wedding anniversary and they were incredible in preparing the suite with a little treat for us! But also very family-friendly (there were many families staying with children). Great breakfast and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed it and will go back with our children!

Hotel has potential but service quality is low tier. Stayed here with my girlfriend a couple days ago. The location itself is nice. But the staff in every interaction were not welcoming despite my girlfriend being a native Portuguese speaker. There was mold in our bathroom shower that was visible. Seems their cleanliness is falling behind. They were also doing construction on the property during the stay where three men were operating heavy machinery just beside our room. They would only stop using it while we walked by and one would yell to the other to stop. Really? At a resort in peak season? Comedy. Additionally there was a truck digging up part of the road to do some work on the pipes underground that prevented Ubers from picking us up within the perimeter of the property so we had to walk around this construction and put our bags in the Uber. Both of these things were very noisy and by this point I still had not complained. I wasn’t going to write a complaint but after my final interaction with the front desk, I realized these things must be mentioned. I asked the front desk for a towel at 11AM precheck out so we could go relax by the pool which we hadn’t used since our check in. She didn’t ask us about our stay and was very short with us. It wasn’t a language barrier, my girlfriend was speaking to her in Portuguese. She did not ask us about how our stay was or anything of this demeanor. She said, once you check out you cannot use any of the property. I said, “let me get the towels first, then we’ll check out in an hour.” She looked at me puzzled, and said “it is not possible” as if I had done something against her. In terms of policy we were not doing anything wrong because we did pay until 12pm for our check out. I told her this, she then said “okay.” I mentioned to her that if there needs to be another charge to let me know what it is so we may stay with ease. I wanted peace and simplicity in our interactions. This is why you stay at a resort after all, right? Everything that was told to us by the front desk was agitating and felt robotic. The manager came over and had the gall to rapaciously talk over me as though she couldn’t be bothered to hear our circumstance without barking policy that we were not violating. Once she realized she was in the wrong she apologized but she would have realized it sooner if she didn’t talk over us condescendingly. I will never return to this place and I have never had a manager aggressively talk over me, ever. For doing nothing wrong. The icing on the cake is that she said they were trying to regulate the number of people on the roof because they have a lot of guests. Are you kidding? We are paying to stay, and turns out if I did a late check out, we could stay for as late I extended the check out anyways. They were exceptionally uninformative, unprofessional and lazy in their delivery for our accommodation. If you want to relax at all, do not come here. If you want to battle with a manager who i

All fur and no knickers… A ghost estate of rundown pods, or single bed units. Façade is maintained but it stops there. Behind the facade was so dirty, I decided to purchase snacks and make an ad hoc picnic. Staff are shamelessly rude. Kitchen: check out the menu of waste pork-cuttings. Slow cooked for reuse

This hotel immediately made me think of the phrase "I would like but I can't" because it has the potential of a 5-star resort, but unfortunately the services stop much earlier. The structure is surrounded by cork trees, but there is no maintenance: the flowerbeds are not well cut, the external lights do not all work, the paint on the structures where the rooms are located are off. Inside the rooms are spacious, clean but the blackout curtains did not work. In the main building there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a gym. For breakfast they assign slots to choose from, although there isn't that much turnout. The same goes for the restaurant in the evening, where the food is quite good but not excellent. In summary, with a few adjustments this structure could be wonderful, at the moment it is only decent

Not a great start but did get better through the 4 days. Our arrival was frosty, especially madame manager who couldn’t crack a smile for her customers. Next it’s a 4 star hotel that wanted payment for the room upfront. Then they didn’t accept Amex and finally, laundry service was suspended but they could give us the details of do it yourself launderettes in the town. Not a good start to our expensive stay. That said we had a very nice bungalow, well maintained and a nice cool retreat from the blistering summer heat. Great shower pressure, comfortable beds. All the important things for a vacation. The weird process of having to book specific times for breakfast and dinner didn’t make much sense, especially since there were never more than 4 tables occupied for the times we were there. Could be a process still in place from the pandemic. The jewel was the roof pool and solarium. A lovely place to chill after tourism. The staff we engaged with were very nice and helpful. It’s a shame our initial experience was tainted by management and some obscure policies you’d not expect for a hotel with 4 stars.

Very good facilities, but we put a note on the door saying not to disturb them and they still entered the room. To our surprise, they sent medication to the trash that we had left on the bedside table and that we would need for the weekend. Apparently it is the hotel's policy to always enter the hotel even though there is a paper on the door indicating otherwise.

The stay did not fully meet the expectations or conditions of a 4-star hotel. Old housing, with little maintenance, and full of insects (flies and ants) and cobwebs. Signs of damp on interior walls. Uncomfortable terrace, with a lack of maintenance and a dilapidated and uninviting surrounding garden. Pool area with very used and old sun loungers…

Just wonderful! We went to celebrate our 30 years as a couple and what a great bet! We weren't very lucky with the weather in Évora as it was abnormally cold for the season. However, what we wanted was to rest, date and enjoy the peace. The room (house) is beautiful. A charm. Lots of attention to detail and natural materials. The development is in the middle of nature. We have a bedroom, living room and bathroom and also a porch with armchairs to listen to nature. Beautiful! The houses are in need of painting (they were already taking care of that😉) and the showers need more in-depth maintenance. They have electric charging stations for vehicles, which is a plus. I will repeat it with the family
