The hotel's service is very enthusiastic and provides free shuttle service to Disneyland Airport. There are free buses on the second floor. You can also enjoy breakfast and free late night snacks on the second floor. There is a subway station next to us. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The staff will enthusiastically introduce it to those who don't understand.

The hotel is easy to find, and everything is ok. There are two points that I hope can be improved. 1. The projection screen is not full screen. 2. The sound insulation is really bad! You can hear the voices of the next room, which is a bit outrageous. The shower room is a bit small. Overall, it's ok.

Our favorite hot spring hotel in Shanghai, one of very few (if not the only one) that has rooms with private courtyard bath. We booked one of those and loved it , service was nice and they try to speak English to you if you can’t communicate in Chinese. Highly recommended for hot spring lovers and Disney visitors - place is minutes away from Disneyland and has a shuttle bus to get there. Only issue is the floor, since you have to remove your shoes on the entrance, I feel like they could pay more attention to it and keep it cleaner. We didn’t risk it to walk around barefoot, it felt sticky 😣 Food in their Japanese restaurant was quite decent, breakfast was rich (very Asian tho). We will be back regardless 🙌

Location: Extremely convenient. 5 mins walk from Shanghai Main Railway which made it easy for us to take trips out to Hangzhou and Wuxi. Amenities: Lawson and Family Mart just around the corner made it easy to get basic necessities. Being near the railway also gave us easy access to various food options even when it’s late. (highly recommend Yang’s Dumplings) Service: Highly satisfied with the service we received from Jius Hotel staff! We were landing in the wee hours of the morning (earlier than previously planned), hence we made a second booking so that we could catch some rest when we got to the hotel. We kindly requested if the staff could arrange it such that we could have one room for our entire stay. Not only did the staff facilitate our request, but also gave us a complimentary upgrade to 1-Room to make it happen. Room: Absolutely loved our stay at Jius Hotel. Room was huge and had a nice view of Suzhou River. A fun feature that we particularly enjoyed was how the room is smart configured, so you can close the blinds or off the lights entirely by voice control. And after a long day of exploring Shanghai, we always look forward to soaking in our very own jacuzzi. What really stood out for us was how comfortable the pillows are. This is the first time I have experienced such comfortable pillows over a hotel stay, so much so that we tried to ask the staff where the hotel got the pillows from. Overall, our stay at Jius Hotel was such a pleasant and wonderful experience. And for the given hotel rate on Trip.com, it has definitely been a steal for us. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Shanghai!

This e-sports hotel left a deep impression on me, and I was prepared for a small birthday surprise. The room was comfortable and spacious, the computer equipment was novel, and the internet speed was very fast. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and provided me with a lot of help, making me feel at home. If you are an e-sports enthusiast, this hotel is not to be missed! The stay experience is very good and will come again next time!

The location is very convenient. The hotel is very close to the mall. It takes 5 minutes to get to Anting subway station. There are many choices of shopping malls and restaurants around. The hotel's free laundry room is also very convenient The price is not expensive, overall it is highly recommended Some minor complaints are that the carpets on each floor are not friendly to the wheels of the suitcases, making it difficult to drag the suitcases. Besides, the curtains in the room will open automatically every time the power is turned on, which is quite unnecessary...

Thanks Barbara for the good services! She is very friendly and helpful! It super near the metro and Yuyuan Garden. It also one metro stop to East Nanjing! My children love the bath tub too! Overall enjoy my 5 nights stay with great view (able to see the Pearl tower)!

The room was good, and the front desk guy was also very nice. He helped me change to a corner room because I couldn't sleep well. The internet was also very good, and there was no lag. The TV can be projected. The cleaning lady was also very nice. I said I didn't need to clean, so she put paper and water at the door every day. The public facilities are also good, with washing machines, dryers and meal delivery robots.

Two days ago, I checked into Jinjiang Hotel. The environment was really good. The single-family building was quiet and the parking lot was large. The room was very clean and comfortable. When I checked out, I missed the charger. The front desk called me. I said I would give it to me next time I stayed there. I hung up the phone. I didn't expect to receive a paid courier from SF Express today. It was sent by the hotel. I was overwhelmed! The staff trained by this hotel management is great!
