Have stayed here now for many years. This hotel is as good now as when we 1st visited. The location and the views are second to none. Service and friendliness of staff always good.

An excellent hotel, everything was perfect. the staff are really helpful and friendly,the hotel is spotless ,we would recommend everything about this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Rooms are absolutely spotless & all of the facilities are too. The food was buffet style for starters & desserts & an amazing show chef cooking up everything for the main course. Food was amazing!! With lots of variation each night! (We stayed for a week)! The pool area is beautiful and plenty of sunbeds to go around. It’s the perfect hotel for chilling & relaxing, a very peaceful hotel. The views from the sea view rooms and the pool are breathtaking. We also used the spa and gym (free of charge) and they were both up to a high standard! Also I love the sustainability of this hotel, there was even a drinking water dispenser on floor 2 which was incredibly helpful to me as I drink a lot of water! Also little shop for snacks round the corner from the hotel which was helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a relaxing, beautiful holiday with friendly and welcoming staff. The best part of our trip was the staff, everyone on reception, cleaners, bar workers & food staff were absolutely lovely and made our trip so so special. From the moment we entered the hotel our experience was amazing, the smell was fabulous. The staff could not do enough we are sad that we could only stay for 3 nights as it was our first little break way from our 4 children. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard, we had a sea view room and this was just perfect. Piero the chef absolutely fabulous couldn’t do enough we loved eating here for both breakfast and dinner. At the hotel gina and martina couldn’t do enough so welcoming and friendly it was my birthday during our stay and they made that so special. Thankyou everyone at the hotel we highly recommend and will be coming back !

This is the best hotel in thrle world. We enjoyed it so much had a mini honeymoon here just days after our fairytale wedding to have a fairytale honeymoon. Menorca is beautiful best Spanish Island and this hotel you will live it. The food is 100% and the staff couldn't help us enough. Bus's root at the top of the road take you everywhere and the taxis are great price as the beaches are about 20mins to an hour away, but taxi is affordable. Mini shop close by and the nearest town is very up market with lovely shops and amazing food. The hotell wellness area is amazing too just book at the desk. What a wonderful modern hotel. Its perfect for couples as ita adults only. Just magnificent 👌

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Artiem Carlos with our two adult children. The hotel staff are all so friendly and dedicated to making sure you have a fantastic experience. Our sea view rooms on the second floor were amazing. The bed was really super comfortable, everything so spotlessly clean and the daily service in this respect is a credit to the hard working cleaning staff. Breakfast buffet had everything and the guy who cooks the eggs, omelettes and pancakes does so to perfection. My favourite thing though was the amazing salt water pool - not too salty and always a perfect temperature - so very relaxing! Barely any sun bed hogging and lots of sunbeds, we never had a problem finding some together. There is a small supermarket less than a minute away and a cosy bar at the back which serves lovely cold drinks and great sandwiches etc - also fantastic coffee. Evening entertainment Monday Wednesday and Friday - very enjoyable. We ate evening meals in Cala Fonts, a very short walk away. The Sushi restaurant is the first you come to and the food is fantastic also reasonably priced -we ate twice here as it was so good. We also ate twice at Sa Verella - lovely food and a charming couple. Very good service at the Pizzeria and wonderful food at Ana Luisa. Ideally you need to book the restaurant you want the day before. We went into Mahon on the bus - 7 euros for 4 of us one way. We came back in an air conditioned taxi for 10 euros on one day and 8 on another. I recommend the taxi, reception will book for you and trip is so quick but the bus stop is close and service frequent - reception will help with directions and they have local map print outs if you ask for one. Apparently Mahon harbour has a great vibe in the evenings but we didn't try that as we loved the beauty of cala fonts. The market in Mahon next to the bus stop sells mainly bags, watches, wallets and jewellery and is twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday until lunchtime. Mahon itself is very pretty and the market in the town hall is nice. The location of this hotel is stunning, so relaxing watching the boats big and small going by, just blissful. A wonderful holiday 10/10

When we arrived there was a dreadful smell of drains in our room and we told reception about it. They sent a cleaner, who sprayed air freshener. That didn’t work so they sent a cleaner and the maintenance man but they still couldn’t fix it. The manager said they didn’t have a different room, but to leave the aircon on to alleviate the problem.Next day the manager offered us another room, due to a cancellation or “no show” apparently, so we moved there. The laminate flooring in this room had clearly seen much better days. Some of the board ends were lifting, as were parts of the edges. Not what I expect from an expensive hotel but we put up with it rather than have more hassle. There were notices around the hotel advising that the pool area decking was going to be replaced in 2024. The decking had obviously been in a bad state for some time and, in my opinion, the problem should have been fixed some time ago. When we ordered water it was provided in a nice glass bottle but didn’t have a sealed cap as you would expect, and it didn’t taste very nice. I asked the maitre d’ about this and he told me it was their own tap water which they filtered. Charging almost €3 per bottle for tap water is a shoddy practice.  The reception/seating area was gloomy and oppressively warm. The fans were rarely switched on and there didn’t appear to be any functioning aircon. The outside dining area wasn’t cleaned properly - there were pigeon feathers on the floor for a couple of days at one point. One final point was the inconsistency in how drinks were charged to rooms. We were asked for our room key card, sometimes for a signature or simply to say what our room number was. As a result, we had no idea how accurate our final bill was, and I know this lead to mis-charging for some guests. To exacerbate the problem, our final bill was all in Spanish and showed only a date, ticket number and cost so we could not check it for accuracy.  On the plus side, the pool was nice, as was the food.

Great hotel, walking distance into Mahon (30 minutes) and 10-15 minutes from local bars and restaurants. Hotel lobby, restaurant and rooms all very clean and comfortable. Views amazing. Breakfast was good. Only downsides was the pool was very cold and guests who've stayed previously said it's all freezing, despite in being August, and some of the decking is unsafe and needs replacing. Also the poolside snack / lunch menu is rather expensive. Overall a good hotel.

Superb waterside hotel, in a quiet residential location, but with good public transport links for exploring the island. Fantastic views from the dining room, poolside and rooms. Food fresh and great selection. Perfect for a quiet relaxing adults only holiday.
