Appartement très simple, propre, certe un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire mais pour une semaine de vacances, c est parfait. Vaisselles au minimum (il est vrai qu'il manque des basiques style rape a fromage, essoreuse salade mais cela reste suffisant pour une semaine où on ne cuisinepas). This hotel says it is animal friendly, well it is, we were accompanied by our beloved working cocker spaniel Coco, she was welcomed with a smile and lots of cuddles. This hotel addressed what had been a very negative experience in an Italian hotel and restores our faith in hotel stays.( more to do with our experience) The hotel has a very welcoming arrival impression which continued into the reception area, with friendly reception staff, who answered questions and made recommendations to make our stay a welcome experience. The room was clean, and had Clim supported by a device which cleaned the air, and was removed by friendly service staff, who reflected the overall positive experience. There were sufficient parking facilities for all guests, and appropriate security provided with movement detecting lighting. With one free drink token and additional paid drinks, we had a very pleasant entertaining evening watching friendly visitors enjoying the pool table. Whilst as the hotel information advises, the hotel is about 2 km’s from the seafront, the hotel facilities well made up for the lack of sea front location. The sauna, pool and jacuzzi facilities appeared well maintained and clean, with some facilities chargeable as extras, the pool appeared very inviting, although I will remember to bring a costume with me on my next visit. Thé breakfast provided a wide variation of choice with regular refills and delicious choices. Staff were all pleasant and professional greeting with a smile. My wife and l both agrée this review and will not have any doubt in recommending this hotel, and look forward to our next visit. As a final comment, the hotel offers a value for money experience, we are not associated in any way with this hotel and would recommend a visit. We are reluctant to sing the praises too much as we want to visit in the near future.

Très bien. Personnel très gentil et professionnel , appartement très bien, on avait pris une chambre et à l’arrivée on a était « surclassée » dans un plus grand appartement avec une terrasse et une deuxième chambre donc rien à dire parfait. La vue directement sur le canal magnifique et très calme. Seul petit point négatif peut être la cuisine mal nettoyer par les anciens occupants, et le bruit de la hotte la nuit, mais rien de très dérangeant. Pas si près que ça du centre on a pris la voiture pour aller manger.

Very nice apartment, very clean and functional, just the bedding to improve and a pity that the common door is too noisy. Perfect location to enjoy the beach 5 minutes walk.

Apartment more than correct, spacious and quiet. We weren't able to pick up the wifi signal (our fault, I guess, being boomers). The neighbourhood, not having access to the beach, did not have too many people, so it was easy to park, have space in the bar

Rental basis: Entire house or apartmentNumber of bedrooms: 1; Number of other rooms with beds: 0The furniture in the living room is designed in white, it has a smart tv, the kitchen is small and complete with everything you need for a good stay, it is a very nice and pleasant apartment, any part of it has a comfortable bed in the room , the bathroom is small with its shower tray and a hydromassage tower, and its water as well as a washing machine for cases of long stays in it. It has a terrace with unbeatable views of the sea, with comfortable seats where you can spend an incomparable evening. It is a very quiet building.

During the summer season, free access to the Gran Reserva swimming pools is offered, 100 meters from the apartment. You can walk everywhere, the car is not necessary. It is in the center, you can also access it by public transport. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located next door. Every Saturday there is the municipal market right in front.Up to 4 people can sleep between the double bed and the double sofa bed, although it is small.It is a very quiet apartment. The beach right in front is highly valued for its crystal clear water and golden sand.
