Excellent location and everything was good. 4 star for service cause the doors dont shut properly and our door was left open once the cleaner had come and gone whilst we were out.

We stayed for 4 nights . Firstly, On our arrival, we couldn’t expect the service like Asian Hotels. We had to carry our luggages , moreover our room was not lift landed floor . So we had to mange ourselves getting into our room, it was a bit frustrated.Secondly , huge disappointment, no cleaning into our room on day 2 and day 3. I called the receptionist who said would do next day however it was in vain. After all my complaints , finally house keeping cleaned our room but they didn’t touch the coffee bar . Dirty spoons were not replaced , rubbish had not been thrown. The amount of hotel fee for such service was not worthwhile at all.Finally , only one small lift which was not functioning all the time. We ended using stairs . Well , it’s just ok for the location and nearest bus stop . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

the quits are very dirty, the pillows dirty too, and the bet sheets dirties as well. It is a roof, not regular floor, no lift to this floor. Washing water is sooo tiny, and noisy between rooms. Very satisfied. There is a video to showing, but too big to upload. Called service man to change quilts cover, he did a good job. But the environment scared me, and shocked me.

The service is very good, but the breakfast is just so-so. The environment is also good. The transportation is convenient. There are many buses and they are very cheap. It only costs 5 euros to buy a day ticket. Basically, lothion bus can take you to where you want to go.

The pillows are so dirty! One extra night for 2K, and it's not even a weekend, is so inappropriate. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom or it is broken and cannot be used. The bed was too soft. I was arranged to live on the basement floor, and there was no elevator, so I had to take the stairs to carry my luggage! Will not choose again.

Clean and basic. It's a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. The city is beautiful and it doesn't hurt to walk around. Small, too small to fit a suitcase, the bathroom is separated from the shower, washbasin, and toilet. No kettle, hair dryer

The hotel service is very good. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade our room for us when we brought a child with us. The next day's breakfast accidentally caused the toaster to smoke, and the waiter was very patient and helpful and solved the problem amicably. Recommended to live here. Parking is easy.

The address is a little far, and it is inconvenient to drive without a car. But the staff service is good and the attitude of the bartender is worth the money. There are swimming pools, fitness rooms and other equipment, even if it rains, there are activities
