I had a 1 month stay and everything was perfect. The hotel is affordable, has daily cleaning services, and a very nice living area. The neighborhood is pretty central and safe. Train stop is just in front, bus stops pretty close. Staff very supportive. So far, perfect.

The location is close to main train station, and tram station, good stay for the exhibition.
There is a high-end supermarket near the hotel, very convince.
Price is expensive during the exhibition period.

The hotel is pretty new so rooms and all areas look nice and fresh. The family rooms with the bunk beds work pretty well, although they are not very spacious. The hotel is quite a walk to the city centre. Approximately 30 minutes to the river. There are tram and train stations relatively close by though. Parking is 20 Euros per night, which is not cheap given the location. Breakfast was nothing special, although the breakfast area was big with no queuing when we visited. Reception and housekeeping seemed pretty disorganised. Overall, it was ok, but I was expecting a better experience.
With Novotel Duesseldorf City West you are right in the Seestern business center. With modern meeting rooms and free WiFi, this 4-star hotel is perfect for biz travelers. After a productive day, relax in the spacious spa with sauna and gym machine. The Altstadt with theatres and museums, is just 3.1 miles away, and Konigsallee is reachable by metro. End the evening with snacks and a cocktail in the bar.

J'ai donc dû me débrouiller moi-même.

Have stayed here for one night. The hotel was not very busy. There is lots of free parking around the hotel so dont use the garage. Room was nice and had a great view. As a Spire IHG member I got a free breakfast and free drinks and snack at the bar. Not far from the city if you are with a car. Really good value.

New house with top rooms (we had a huge superior in the upper floor). The location to the airport is OK (good 20min walk), but not optimal - there is almost nothing around it, so you are dependent on the bar and restaurant of the hotel in the evening - but there was apparently pure personal need in a sa evening - except the louder Wraps and TK-pizza were no longer to want. The welcome drink for the Accor status? ”Red wine only house wine”. Ah. However, for this morning a really nice breakfast buffet and also much better-launched service forces. Concluded: We would do it again.

The guest room for accommodation is orange and seems to have a lot behind the building in front of the roof white wall. If you stay at this hotel, the room with the Rhine River is recommended. You can see the ferry stop in front of you. The room was clean and there was a disinfected sign for corona countermeasures, and the label had a local bottled jam for souvenirs. It has a safe and trouser presser. The front desk was friendly. There may be many Japanese guests. Maybe because I found out that it was Japanese, but I made it free for mini bar drinks.

I was charged more than the agreed price and the hotel refuses to respond to my complaint. I was in the neigborhood and called them after seeing their prices on their site. Based on their offer I went to the hotel, the check-in took a long time because of computer problems. They charged my credit card, I asked for the bill to check it but they said I would get it at check-out. When I complained the next morning they would follow up later. They now deny it and claim I got a better room, but the price of my room on their site is still much lower than paid.

Excellent
GGuest UserTwo nights business trip to Düsseldorf Interpack 2023. Hotel was very nice and clean. Service was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean although the view from the window was not the beat but what can you expect from this location near the airport. Breakfast had everything you need and was tasteful basic hotel breakfast. If you want to eat bigger there is restaurant across the yard in Novotel. This hotel is just a walk away from train station and sky train station that takes you to the airport. Also bus SB51 takes you to airport or citycenter. Location is good for business travellers but perhaps not the best if you want to be near citycenter.
JJingOne of my favorite hotels in the world, none of them are hotels of the Medici Family Art Museum. Rolls-Royce spare car, more than 500 years old antique copper embossed door handle, king's red seat ..., museum-level sculpture, tapestry ... Unfortunately, the newly renovated room replaced the old oil painting ... Still love Medici
GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the main train station. (We took a short taxi ride there because it was raining.) The U Bahn was convenient, only 3 stops to the Alstadt. The room was modern, clean, with a very comfortable bed. It's unusual that the clear glass shower and sink are next to the bed without much privacy, but there is a shutter you can pull across. The toilet is separate. We enjoyed the breakfast at the Paris Club on the 16th floor. It's fun to have a drink up there in the evening to see the nice view. The bartender, Kevin, was so friendly and helpful. He gave tips on places to visit. There are some great Italian restaurants nearby, especially Aldo Genovese.
GGuest UserWould definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is close to the airport and has an excellent transport link into Dusseldorf just outside the hotel. Having stayed many times we would never consider looking elsewhere. They have a lovely bar to relax in when you get back from all the wonderful sites and shops in the City and the bar staff are very friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong if you book into this hotel.
GGuest UserThe service was tip top from the check-in till the end. The service of Lucas and Hedric was attentive, meticulous and very helpful to my needs. I was exhausted and jet lag due to the trade show business plus it was my first time staying in the city centre. So rhe clean room and warm sincere treatment from the staff brightened me up. I appreciate the lovely loft room view of the city and also the great roof top bar. Thank u.
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for two days when visiting Düsseldorf with my family. The hotel is well located, at the end of Königsallee, the city’s main shopping street. A subway station is located just across the street. There are also a couple of restaurants across the street and two supermarkets behind the hotel. We stayed in a twin room on the top floor which was clean and reasonable in terms of size. The sink was broken but water didn’t leak. The breakfast buffet has few options for a 4-star hotel, there is hardly any fruit and milk alternatives are not available in the buffet, you need to order. Be very careful with charges to your credit cards. The hotel blocked 350 euros on my credit card upon arrival and this amount was not released when I paid for my stay. It’s been a month that I stayed at this hotel and they are still withholding the amount.
NNINGThis is the hotel that has been the best in the country for so many days, and the services and facilities are quite perfect. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good.
GGuest UserThis hotel is great . Budget hotel with a continental breakfast which was spot on . We stayed for 4 nights and because it is situated within the train station it was a great base to explore Düsseldorf. Clean . Comfortable . Air con . My only negative was a bar person named Ralf . We were in the hotel bar when the queen died and wanted to watch the news in English . No one else in the hotel bar was watching other than us . I went to Ralf who was behind the bar and asked if he could change the Chanel . He said he did not understand my question . I repeated the channel number to him and he replied . Again , I do not understand the question and then stared at me. I was very shocked that he was being so rude and unprofessional in front of other customers. I was very embarrassed that he treat me this way . Our party of 6 adults were very affected by the passing of the queen and I could not understand why he would be so cruel to not let us watch what was on the television in English . We left to go elsewhere after this . As a Hotel all your staff were lovely except this individual. He certainly should not be in a customer facing job if he thinks the way he treat me was acceptable
GGuest UserStayed for 2 nights on business..The hotel has a perfect location and is walking distance from Hauptbahnof..The rooms are of decent size..The breakfast menu is repetitive but the food quality is good..The staff is courteous and always available to serve you
Stayed here for a night and had a good experience. Clean and modern rooms, quiet and friendly and proffessional staff. Te location between city and airport is quite good, there are restaurants and bars nearby, but you're in the city center quite fast, too. Bus, tram and train stop nearby. An Uber Ride to the airport wasabou 15€ in the morning. Only minus is the closed restaurant and bar.
