I stayed at his hotel during my first two visits to Dunhuang. The hotel environment is very good and parking is convenient. On the second day of my stay, I encountered sandstorms and the hotel staff helped me wash my car. I took my children to visit the Dunhuang Museum, Crescent Lake, and rode a camel. The experience was very good. The Shazhou Night Market is also very good.

I went there during the Spring Festival. The front desk manager Xiao Wang provided great service. He added WeChat in advance and arranged to pick me up at the airport. The hotel is listed as a four-star hotel. The hardware is a bit simple and the elevator is a bit slow, but the hygiene is good, the linens are up to standard, and the shower water volume is particularly large. Breakfast was also ok. The decoration still has a bit of smell. My companions are quite sensitive and felt discomfort in their eyes and throats. Later we changed to a shady room where it was not so hot and the smell was not so obvious. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective.

The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law. The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

As soon as we arrived at the underground parking lot of the hotel, two waitresses took the initiative to guide us to the elevator (the hotel is quite large) and rushed to help with the luggage. From the garage all the way to the front desk to check in and enter the room, all the staff we met took the initiative to greet us Happy New Year! It happened to be New Year's Eve, and the hotel also very considerately presented hot dumplings, so that we, the foreigners who spent the New Year in Dunhuang, also had a warm Spring Festival. Every staff member of the hotel was very enthusiastic. Special thanks to Sister Yin Yumei of the room service, who was even more enthusiastic and proactive. She cleaned the room very clean and tidy every day, and put the items in the most convenient place for the guests. The most surprising thing was that she also prepared hot foot water, towels, mats, etc., so that we could enjoy the feast of Dunhuang culture while eliminating the fatigue of the journey. This journey to Dunhuang again after a few years really left a good impression. I felt the continuous progress and development of Dunhuang and the cultural confidence of the people of Dunhuang! The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants around, including Fanji Jingyuan Lamb and Alibaba Barbecue recommended by Xiaohongshu, with many choices. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the service is also very good. There are also thoughtful gifts, and the room is also equipped with snacks and drinks, which is very comfortable. There are also many types of breakfast. The only thing to mention is that the details of hygiene need to be improved, but it may be that there are too many people during the National Day, which is understandable. It will be ok if it is strengthened a little more in the future. I will choose to stay here if I have the chance in the future!

Very good hotel. As soon as I arrived at the door, the lady at the front desk came out to help with the luggage. As soon as I entered the door, I was immediately served with scented tea. It tasted delicious and could make people relax and enter the holiday mode immediately. The decoration is my favorite style. They greeted me warmly when I went in and out, and answered all my questions. The service was very good! The hardware is also very new, without any decoration smell. The overall feeling is good. I have recommended it to my friends and they love it.

Strategically located to stage to places of interest: like Dunhuang spring crescent n also Mogao Grottoes. Within 20minutes. Very affordable and great value for money with all the helpful front staff to housekeeping. Just around the corner is the street food with lots of restaurants n the Shahzhou nite Market is just 15 minutes walk away. I highly recommend anyone wishing to come to Dunhuang seeking reasonable and quality accommodation to stay here.

Location is very ideal, along a pleasant Main Street, around 5 to 8 mins walk to night market, yet away from the rowdiness of tourists. Just opposite there are convenience shops, a western bakery (Angelia) and stretch of small restaurants in an alley which are of good quality. Front desk services are fantastic especially helpful for foreigners ( though they don’t speak English- try to use e-translator), regarding local attractions and getting a cab for you if encounter difficulties. They are genuinely helpful to try to overcome your difficulties. Special mention on Ya Jin who even asked her regular taxi driver to accompany us to buy the Mogao Grottoes tickets and arranged for a long distance taxi trip to Liuyuan South Railway station. Wang Na also offered her WeChat contact number if we have difficulties coming back at night. Really warm hospitality. Even the hotel driver who fetched us from the airport was nice(complimentary service). The housekeepers are too hardworking. Only complain I have is the breakfast which served exactly the same thing every morning and of limited choices. Thus Angelia bakery just opposite was really a good alternative.

We arrived in Dunhuang at night, and the pick-up service arranged by the hotel was very heartwarming. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. You can see the beautiful scenery of Mingsha Mountain in the distance outside the window. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, making you feel like spring breeze. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The restaurant is on the 9th floor and has a large viewing platform where you can enjoy the beautiful Dunhuang. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel also provides yogurt, mineral water and seasonal fruits. The hotel's service details are very attentive. The Dunhuang landmark Rebounding Pipa is right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient for eating and transportation. You can take the No. 3 bus at the door directly to Mingsha Mountain, and there are direct buses to the Mogao Grottoes. I had a comfortable stay and had a lot of fun during my trip to Dunhuang. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.

I'm so glad I chose Xingzi Hotel when traveling to Dunhuang. The service surprised me in every way! I was a little reluctant to leave the hotel! The hotel is located in the center of Dunhuang, near the Flying Pipa Sculpture. It takes about four minutes to walk to the Shazhou Night Market, and less than two kilometers to the Dunhuang Museum and Dunhuang Bookstore. It only takes 5 yuan to take a taxi. There is a breakfast shop diagonally across the alley when you go out. You can eat something different every day. The meat wonton stew is highly recommended. There are Xiajia He Juice and Huyang Braised Cake Shop nearby, which are delicious and large in quantity. I go to the Shazhou Night Market almost every day. The Mobei grilled fish, beef hand pilaf, stir-fried golden potatoes, beef cakes with scallions and apricot skin tea in Shazhou Food Station are all delicious. The hotel service is super good. I called one day in advance to ask about the check-in time. Due to the flight delay, I didn't know if I could check in that night. I called the airport to ask what to do if I arrived late or couldn't arrive on the same day. The front desk patiently answered my questions. Two cups of yogurt are given when you check in. You need a hanger to dry your clothes and an iron to iron your clothes. You call the front desk and a waiter will arrive soon. After waiting for the chartered car in the lobby for a few minutes, the front desk immediately brought two cups of jasmine tea to look at us. Take your luggage and open the door for us. This is how you feel at home!
