The location is outside the City center in a green ,lush,very quiet environment and very close the Singing mountains . The hotel is built and equipped in traditionell style. The breakfast is made of fresh and high quality dishes in local style. Absoluty outstanding was the hospitality and the help with information, transportation and even more ..we could experience places , got information about the local live, the history of Dunhuang and much more. Departing was like leaving friends behind. Special thanks to Mr. HU his son, the landlords and to Candy. Hope to visit that place and the awesome stay again.

A newly opened hotel, near the Dang River, with good environmental sanitation, good parking, new bedding and a free fruit plate... The front desk of the hotel also upgraded the room type for free... The restaurant chef is very hard-working, but it seems a little busy when there are many people. Breakfast The dishes should be more diversified, and coffee would be even better...

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I was impressed by this environment and intimate service. The staff at the front desk were warm and friendly, the check-in was fast and there was no cumbersome feeling, the bed was moderately firm, the pillows and mattresses provided excellent support, ensuring my sleep was stable all night. Recommended!

Visited Dunhuang on several occasions before but Bowen Hotel is the best considering its rating and price. It's a 4 star and only 150 CNY per night. For this you get a well appointed comfortable room with a view of the river. The rooms are well set out with plenty of space, power points and light switches where they are needed, and a stable reliable and secure wifi signal. The Hotel is situated about 300m east of Dunhuang museum. So, still within walking distance of night market main street, bars, memory box cafe, bus no.3 to Mingsha etc The bathroom is good quality with a glass enclosure for the shower unit, which has lots of space. The hot water system is responsive and strong, over 24 hours (-10°C outside). Good quality towels and a floor mat are provided and replaced each day by the effecient room service staff.who keep rooms spotlessly clean. The queen sized bed is super comfortable- not too soft or too hard. The double boutique room also has a coffee table, sofa and matching foot rest. I especially appreciated the gym on floor 7. Limited but useful equipment (treadmill, weights). Another useful feature is a laundry service - also on floor 7. I was fortunate enough to interact with the hotel manager, (who communicates in English very well) and she arranged a taxi late at night to Liuyuan. Overall a pleasant hotel experience in a great oasis town. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Stayed here for two consecutive days. The hotel facilities are new, clean, quiet and the service is very good. The location is not far from Mogao Grottoes and Mingsha Mountain Crescent Spring. It only takes 20 minutes to drive there, which is very convenient.

Her thoughtful and careful service and sweet smile made people feel like spring breeze. My good impression of her instantly doubled. The hotel's service is considerate and kind. During the stay, it was the Mid-Autumn Festival. The hotel also sent moon cakes and attached handwritten holiday greetings. It really felt like home. In the evening, it also sent foot bathing service, which washed away the fatigue of the journey at once. It was touching. Dunhuang is indeed a famous historical and cultural city. The hotel is like a business card, which is unforgettable for us from Liaoning. We not only remember Mogao Grottoes and Crescent Lake, but also Tianhe Hotel and Xiao Qin who works in the hotel. Metropark is a nice hotel located near a river and is relatively central to the city. A lovely staff member, 李雪 (Li Xue) helped me check in and she took me to my hotel room. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and quite luxurious. The hotel is within walking distance to the night market and the museum. Highly recommended. 这是一家不错的酒店，位于河边，相对靠近市中心。一位可爱的工作人员李雪帮我办理了入住手续，并带我去了酒店房间。她非常乐于助人，非常友好。 酒店房间非常宽敞、干净，相当豪华。从酒店步行即可到达夜市和博物馆。 强烈推荐。
