Good, clean room with nice room service serving good food, nice swimming pool. Nice view from the balcony of the mountains. TV was a good size with excellent channel selection. Wasn't too expensive, but I believe rates have now gone way up.

The most unique hotel cabana i have ever stayed & experienced! I love the interior & exterior design of the cabana! The staff are all friendly, polite & helpful. The food was great & delicious! Good value for money😊 The hotel is near the airport.

Similar to the domestic express hotel, it is slightly better than Hanting. It is quite modern in Duma, because it was renovated and opened in 2018, the facilities are new, the hot water is strong, and the house does not have ant text geckos. This is rare in Duma. It ’s not a resort hotel, but I really gave it 100 points. I left the hotel ’s business card when I left.

The place is very accessible to everything. As soon as you get out of the hotel the public transportation is very easy to access. Dining places and other recreational place. The room is very neat and the staff was very accommodating.

For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.

OK so at first you might think this a back road but it has schools and colleges along it. The location is like 15 min walk from port and maybe 20 from boulevard and loads of great street food. Staff are not only helpful I'm sure the smiles they have were best I've seen Thought it's an older hotel it has kept its majestic quality. With staff all wearing the same from head to toe. Gave a feeling of quality with room angel that reset the room daily. Been in a few that don't do this. For me top marks

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... I can't say enough about this hotel. Customer service was professional, efficient and welcoming. The staff never failed to greet me with ”hello sir” and wave and smile. Always helpful when I had questions such as ”what's the best way to get somewhere?”, Etc. Location is excellent with being close to the beach walk, many restaurants and access to public transportation. Property is well maintained and clean. My room was plenty big for one person but family rooms are also available. Only one thing that may bother some is the hot water was out for one of my 3 day stay. However this was a minor inconvenience for me and did not keep me from issuing this 5 star review.

It's OK, in the urban location, when the clerk is focusing on the Bible, it is a scene. I asked the boat to go to Mint and answered the questions very enthusiastically. I also called me to confirm. The room we have seen other people's comments to set the three-person room, really a lot of space.

This hotel exceed my expectation....above standard wow All staff will greet you with happy and heartily mabuhay!!!! Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... Super happy with the stay.....
