Nice room nice landlord, e room was spacious and impeccably clean. Every morning, we were treated to a sumptuous breakfast spread, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Truly a gem in the city. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a top-notch experience!

The host is very welcoming, equipped with toiletries, and feels very homely and warm. How many stops does it take to get to Old Town by bus? It's just one stop to the bus terminal and a 17-8 minute walk.

立地はいいがホテルの入口がどこにあるかが分かりにくく細い道にあるため最初は不安を感じるかも。チェックインをするとドアの鍵を貰えるけど鍵がすごい扱いづらい。

Great location and price. The host was very kind and gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Near Old City and Lapad. Very comfortable and clean room. Sweet tarrace to chill drinking coffee. Great for everyone who wants to go everywhere by foot.

The host is very welcoming and equipped with toiletries. It is very family-friendly and warm. Going to the old town has to take a few stops by bus. Going to the bus terminal is one stop, walking 17 or 8 minutes.
