Thank for a good memorable stay. The hotel deserves 4 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. It has very soft luxury vibe and the staff are so welcoming and polite. I was not able to book taxi and they book it for me with their phone. There are lot of discounts that are there is thre restaurant. Only one problem, Elevator is not enough because too much late. But room very nice and comfortable. I definitely coming back again

I love how they make the building access with many of elevators so easy for gust to access Room clean and bed was so nice. The location was good near the metro and the park n shop, the staff are very very helpfull and understanding, I really liked the people here. Its a little loud at night with the ktv but not terrible. Once again thank peony and the night staff that really saved my ass on the first night 10stars for them as I found out my phone was locked and could not be used for international

From handyman Emmanuel to the girl at the check in counter Nargiz, everything was delightful. Water pressure was great, hot showers and wifi worked well without the need for repeated reconnecting. The laundry room was a godsend. One of the most economical options in the heart of the trendiest and most upmarket districts in town, yet without any compromise on quality. A full and perfect score well and truly deserved.

The location is good but the the service is so so with such a well branded hotel chain. We booked for 3 but they never provide us the basic for three persons, such as the bath towel which they prepared only ONE. When we asked for the housekeeper, he came in and kept asking to write a good review on google yet he forgot to bring all what I requested over the phone, he didn’t want to be off till you write the review for him while it was almost midnight during that time. It’s a very bad experience. Then needed to wait for almost 30mins for him to bring in another 2 bathroom towels

I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.
