Every staff member was incredibly friendly, accommodating and professional in their services. The registration desk blessed us with an upgrade and the concierge/bell help were very attentive and helpful. Outstanding crew. Highly recommend.

location good, close to Dubai mall. Have shuttle bus to Dubai Mall. Staff very friendly & helpful . Balcony have Dubai Fountain view , can watch fountain show . 1 bed room suite has small Kitchen with washing machine

Amazing! I have no other words. The location is top-notch, in the very center of Dubai. You can admire the fountain show all evening. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the mall. Breakfasts are not bad. The rooms are large. There is a kitchen and dishes. Washing machine, dishwasher, the only thing I did not find was powder, but these are trifles. The furniture is a little tired, but when you see this view, you want to look not at the furniture) I have never regretted choosing this hotel. After staying, I started checking for available rooms for the New Year, but probably everything here is booked for decades in advance, because the view of the fireworks will be gorgeous.
